The bus driver is soon going to appear in court.
I'm under the impression that the federal judge assigned to the case is on the left side of things.

What are the chances that (pick one below):
- the judge orders maduro released on bond
- the judge orders maduro released on his own recognizance
- the judge simply dismisses the charges and orders maduro released, free.

The U.S. Constitution is not a suicide pact. The President is not only Chief Executive, he is the Commander-in-Chief of our armed forces. Congress has the power to declare "war", but this is a military action against a bad actor, in our own hemisphere, and does not require such a declaration. That is a matter of historical fact, with a long list of precedents.
 
In acting as he did, President Trump has not only removed a narco-terrorist Dictator who assumed his office illegally and seized American assets, also illegally.

There are risks involved, and our government appears to be well aware of them. 

Venezuela is not Vietnam, nor is it Afghanistan. We are not fighting a war for their citizens, nor should we.  We restored their chance at liberty, which all people deserve, and in the process frustrated the ambitions of the anti-American powers in China, Russia and Iran who have used Venezuela as a hemispheric proxy. 

The Constitution allows the President to so act under Article 2 Section 2, and I am confident the the Supreme Court would see it the same way, as they have in the past.

Satellite images taken Saturday show the scope of the damage caused by the U.S. military operation to capture Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro and his wife.

Before-and-after aerial photos reveal widespread destruction at the Fuerte Tiuna military installation outside Caracas, where Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, were ultimately taken into custody.

Several buildings inside the complex appear badly damaged or destroyed, and multiple vehicles were reduced to rubble.

Maduro and Flores were captured at their home within the Fuerte Tiuna complex, according to Venezuelan ruling party leader Nahum Fernández.

Venezuelan officials said people were killed during the operation, though the total number of casualties remains unclear, The Associated Press reported.

Not going to argue here, I have too much respect for those here that have a different opinion.

But as a long running Never-Trumper, I do approve of this action. America should stand up to blantant evil and the buildup of commies (China, Russia, Cuba) and druggers (including Isis gangs) that want safe-havens close to America.

So I have said it, but for those that point out problems with this, I understand, just I'm not on board. I feel us on the right have just lost our fight and I am glad to see it raise it's head again.

That’s a complex question with no clear answer. Maduro was not recognized by much of the world including the US and Canada even before being removed. By extension, neither is/was VP Rodriguez. Strongman Maduro suspended the last election (which he lost).  So, Venezuela has no head of state.

For now, Trump said it's up to the world to decide what the US strike on Venezuela means for Greenland.
