Excerpts from the video transcript.

Russia Retaliates with FIRE to Serbian Arms Shipments to Ukraine!

Today [ June 3 ], there are interesting updates from Serbia. Here, an explosion rocked the biggest Serbian munitions factory just a day after the Russian Foreign Intelligence published a sharp report accusing Serbia of sending weapons to Ukraine. What follows may be a decision that will shape Serbia’s future and could lead to a change in course or even greater isolation, leaving Russia wary of losing its foothold in the western Balkans ... Just recently, a powerful explosion rocked the Krusik munitions factory in Valjevo, Serbia ... The blast occurred early in the morning, injuring 7 employees who were rushed to a local hospital. Krusik is a state-owned defense manufacturer whose products, including 120-millimeter mortar shells and Grad G-2000 rockets, have been captured on video in use by Ukrainian forces on the battlefield ... The explosion came less than 24 hours after a blunt announcement by Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service, accusing Serbian companies of secretly supplying Ukraine with vast amounts of artillery and small arms ammunition. According to Russian intelligence, Serbia has used falsified end-user certificates and routed the deliveries through intermediaries in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Bulgaria.

The Russian statement sharply criticized Belgrade for undermining traditionally close ties and accused it of profiting from the blood of brotherly peoples. The timing of the statement and the Krusik explosion, separated by mere hours, strongly suggests that this was not a coincidence, but a coordinated act of sabotage meant to punish and intimidate. Serbian-Russian relations have been deteriorating since the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine. While the Serbian public remains largely pro-Russian, and Belgrade maintains energy dependence on Moscow, President Aleksandar Vucic has attempted to walk a diplomatic tightrope. Serbia formally claims neutrality and continues to express a desire to join the European Union.

However, Vucic’s recent trip to Moscow ... angered EU leaders, with officials, including EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas, voicing strong disapproval. At the same time, European diplomats have intensified visits to Belgrade, increasing the pressure on Serbia to choose a side ... it has been an open secret that Serbian ammunition has found its way to Ukraine, with the first reports originating not even a month after the initial Russian invasion ... Serbian officials have consistently denied direct sales, insisting the weapons are sold to authorized third parties. President Vucic noted that everyone must understand that sooner or later, Serbian ammunition can end up on any battlefield.

Yet the situation may now be changing. If Serbia were to formally sever its military ties with Russia and align fully with the EU, it could open new economic and political doors. Direct arms sales to Ukraine could boost Serbia’s economy and help advance its stalled EU accession process. But doing so would come at a cost. Serbia has been a key Russian foothold in the Balkans for decades ... Should Belgrade pivot decisively westward, Russia will almost certainly retaliate by ramping up nationalistic tensions in Serbia against Kosovo or Bosnia, threatening instability throughout the Western Balkans. Overall, what started as a denunciation from Russia has now escalated into a physical act of violence with clear strategic implications. The sabotage of the Krusik factory is not just a warning, it is a message written in fire and shrapnel. Serbia is now at a crossroads. It must decide whether to yield to Russian pressure and bury its arms trade with Ukraine or to seek refuge in European unity, even at the risk of provoking Moscow’s wrath. What comes next may determine not only Serbia’s future, but the security balance in the Balkans.

Russian Offensive Campaign Assessment, June 3, 2025

Excerpts:
Kremlin officials publicly acknowledged that Russia seeks the “complete destruction” of Ukraine, indicating Moscow's disinterest in good faith peace negotiations and a near-term resolution to the war ... Russian state media has previously cautioned the Russian public against expecting any significant results from ongoing Ukrainian-Russian negotiations, although Russian officials continue to falsely project interest in good faith peace negotiations to US and Western officials ...

Western officials and open-source analysts continue to clarify the battlefield damage following the Ukrainian long-range drone strike series (Operation Spider Web) on June 1 ...

Ukrainian Air Force Spokesperson Colonel Yurii Ihnat told Ukrainian outlet Ukrainska Pravda on June 2 that Ukrainian officials estimated about 10 to 12 of Russia's 19 Tu-160 bombers and 36 of Russia's 57 Tu-95 bombers were operational prior to Ukraine's June 1 strikes on Russian airbases.

Bloomberg reported on June 2 that a senior Western official stated that Ukrainian special services likely destroyed or damaged at least 7 Tu-95 bombers and 4 Tu-22 bombers during the June 1 strike.

NYT reported on June 3 that Western officials and military analysts assessed that Ukrainian special services likely destroyed or damaged 6 Tu-95 bombers, 4 Tu-22M bombers, and 1 A-50 airborne early warning and control (AEW&C) aircraft, and that Ukrainian special services may have destroyed or severely damaged up to 20 Russian strategic aircraft during the strike.

Ukraine-based open-source intelligence organization Frontelligence Insight assessed on June 3 that satellite imagery and open-source analysis indicate that Ukrainian special services likely destroyed or damaged 11 bombers of various types and 1 An-12 transport aircraft.

Frontelligence noted that publicly available satellite imagery has yet to confirm reporting that Ukrainian special services destroyed or damaged over 20 bombers. Ukrainian military observer Tatarigami and journalists from the Telegraph and Insider stated on June 3 that Ukrainian special services shared a video of Ukrainian drones striking at least 2 A-50 [ confirmed ] airborne early warning and control (AEW&C) aircraft and that Ukraine may release this video soon ...

"NATO Ally Giving Ukraine 100K New Drones After Russian Airfield Strikes"

The U.K. Ministry of Defence said it is increasing its drone supply to Ukraine tenfold, taking the total target for this year to 100,000, after Kyiv's stunning Operation Spiderweb saw drones destroy Moscow's strategic bombers deep inside Russian territory.

Ukraine's special services said it had completed a daring operation to launch 117 drones smuggled near Russian airfields in trucks and which took out 41 aircraft—including a number of irreplaceable nuclear bombers—causing $7 billion in damage on June 1.

The 100,000 target represents a £350-million ($473-million) investment in drones alone, the ministry said in its release, adding that Ukrainian units had said British-provided drones helped to stabilize areas of the front line and kill more enemy personnel than artillery.

John Healey, the British defence secretary, said the NATO ally is "stepping up its support for Ukraine" with a £4.5-billion ($6.1-billion) package of military aid in 2025, and that the U.K. has completed a delivery of 140,000 artillery munitions since the start of the year.

"We are learning lessons every day from the battlefield in Ukraine, which British companies are using to develop advanced new drones to help protect Ukraine's civilians and also strengthen our own national security," Healey said in a statement....

Russian Offensive Campaign Assessment, May 13,2025

Excerpts:

The Russian military is reportedly generating enough forces to replace losses and is reinforcing the size of the Russian force grouping in Ukraine, despite experiencing an increased casualty rate per square kilometer gained. Russian President Vladimir Putin appears to be embracing significant losses in exchange for diminishing returns to make battlefield gains and manage perceptions about Russia’s military capabilities to pressure Ukraine in negotiations. Putin stated on May 13 that 50,000 to 60,000 people voluntarily join the Russian military per month ... Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov gave recruitment figures at the end of 2024, indicating that Russia is recruiting just enough military personnel to replace its recent casualty rates ... Ukrainian Main Military Intelligence Directorate (GUR) Deputy Head Major General Vadym Skibitskyi stated in early March 2025 that Russia’s recruitment plans for 2025 will “mostly” allow the Russian military command to replace its battlefield losses should the current tempo of offensive operations and losses continue. Ukrainian Commander-in-Chief General Oleksandr Syrskyi stated in April 2024 that Russian forces are “increasing the number” of personnel in Ukraine by 8,000 to 9,000 new personnel per month through contract recruitment, and that the Russian force grouping fighting against Ukraine increased from about 603,000 on January 1, 2025, to 623,000 just over 3 months later.

Syrskyi stated on May 13 that Russian forces have suffered 177,000 casualties in Ukraine since the start of 2025 Syrskyi’s and Putin’s figures indicate that Russia may be generating enough forces to replace losses while also increasing the overall size of its force grouping in Ukraine. Russia continues to tolerate personnel losses comparable to the casualty rate Russian forces sustained during a period of intensified advances in Fall 2024, despite a slowed rate of advance in the first 4 months of 2025. Russian forces are likely able to generate enough forces to sustain their replacement rate and increase the size of the Russian force grouping in Ukraine by rapidly deploying low quality troops to frontline units. ISW has repeatedly observed reports that new Russian recruits only receive a month of training before deploying to Ukraine, and this limited training is likely constraining recruits’ combat capabilities, and the Russian military’s overall capacity to successfully conduct complex operations.

The Russian military is currently prioritizing sending poorly-trained recruits into highly-attritional infantry assaults to make grinding advances - despite enduring a higher casualty rate per square kilometer gained - in an effort to pressure Ukraine and the West into acquiescing to Russian demands amid ongoing negotiations. Russia is also attempting to prolong negotiations to extract additional concessions from the United States and while making additional battlefield advances.

The Russian military may also be prioritizing recruitment as part of longer-term efforts to build out a post-war strategic reserve for a potential future conflict with NATO ... Cavoli stated that the Russian military command has deployed over 600,000 soldiers to the front lines in Ukraine, which is nearly double the size of Russia’s initial invasion force and is consistent with Syrskyi’s report that there are 623,000 Russian military personnel in Ukraine. Putin signed a decree in September 2024 ordering the Russian military to establish a 1.5 million combat-ready force, indicating his long-term interests in increasing the size of the Russian military.

Cavoli’s report coheres with recent indicators signaling that Russia is expanding and upgrading military bases, barracks, training grounds, warehouses, and railways near Petrozavodsk, Republic of Karelia, to support a future influx of personnel. Russia is also integrating railways and roadways in the Moscow Military District (MMD) with Belarusian infrastructure. ISW has long assessed that Russia’s restoration of the MMD and Leningrad Military District (LMD) is part of the Kremlin’s long-term restructuring effort to prepare for a potential large-scale conventional war against NATO.

The Russian military command appears to be establishing a tactical doctrine and force structure for motorcycle and civilian vehicles units in frontal assaults, underscoring the Russian military’s efforts to offset Ukraine’s drone advantages and achieve maneuver in modern ground warfare ... Mashovets stated that Russia is working to equip every battalion with up to 30 motorcycles, up to 20 ATVs, and up to 6 buggies; every platoon with up to 9 motorcycles, up to 20 ATVs, and up to 6 buggies; and every “Storm V” penal recruit assault company with up to 15 motorcycles, up to 20 ATVs, and up to 3 buggies ...

Ukrainian and Russian sources previously suggested that the Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD) is working to formalize Russian motorcycle usage, and the appearance of a defined doctrinal organization and allocation for motorcycle units within the Russian military is consistent with this effort ... The Russian military appears to be undergoing a transition period and moving towards regularly conducting assaults exclusively on motorcycles, although Russian forces may also continue to conduct these combined assaults, if Russian commanders assess that motorcycle assaults are less successful ...ISW previously noted that Russian motorcycle usage is a response to Ukrainian drone innovations and an attempt to offset the significant armored vehicle losses that Russian forces sustained in 2024 and possibly conserve some tanks and armored vehicles for future use. ISW continues to assess that Russian forces will likely increasingly depend on motorcycles and other quicker, unarmored vehicles, as slower-moving vehicles have become a hazard on the more transparent battlefield of Ukraine.

The Russian military will likely retain its lessons learned in Ukraine beyond the war in Ukraine.

Кремлевская табакерка/Kremlin Secrets

I still don't believe it. Putin was informed on Wednesday about the losses of our strategic aviation

According to sources in the Kremlin and the Ministry of Defense, Vladimir Putin received a report on the consequences of a large-scale enemy attack on airfields with our strategic aviation on the morning of Wednesday, June 4. The President was informed about the damage to 32 aircraft (here the data coincides with those we reported to you on Sunday ), including the irretrievable loss of 17 (here the information was clarified after inspecting the damaged equipment, which aircraft exactly were lost, we were asked not to say).

“Vladimir Vladimirovich did not believe this figure at first. He asked several times. Then he got very angry. He said that he would kick everyone out, and that, I quote, “with such idiots we will definitely lose the SVO.” Then he calmed down a little,” a source in the Kremlin told us. The President's bad mood, by the way, was visible when he spoke about the terrorism of the Kiev regime in the Bryansk region. At the same time, he did not publicly dwell on the losses of strategic aviation.

“Vladimir Vladimirovich still does not believe in the losses. He ordered to recount the damaged and destroyed aircraft, to check whether something can still be repaired. And to provide him with a report with new figures. The President is expecting it in the near future. Also, specialists must find out whether it is possible to use the parts of the lost aircraft to repair others. Or even, perhaps, to assemble new ones,” a source in the Presidential Administration reported. The Ministry of Defense confirmed this information to us.

Now imagine true mass production of armed war drones, as in hundreds of thousands if not more...

Very hard to defend against.

Warfare has dramatically changed in the last few years. We better learn fast.

Perhaps this is why China and others have been buying farmland/property near US bases.
At first I thought that was just for signals monitoring, decryption, and force surveillance, but yes, it sure could be for launching saturation drone attacks.

Russia impersonating Ukraine's security service to recruit saboteurs, SBU warns

https://kyivindependent.com/russia-impersonating-ukraines-security-service-to-recruit-saboteurs-sbu-warns/

Quote
Russian intelligence operatives are impersonating Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) in an expanded effort to recruit Ukrainian civilians for sabotage operations, the SBU said June 5.

The new tactic, described by the agency as a “false flag” operation, involves contacting Ukrainian citizens while posing as SBU officials conducting official inquiries. The SBU said this marks a notable escalation and shift in Russia’s recruitment strategy.

"This is a so-called special operations technique known as 'false flag,' which has not been used by Russian invaders until now, but which they are actively trying to apply now," the agency said in a statement.

According to the SBU, targeted individuals typically receive messages via instant messaging apps, instructing them to report to an “SBU investigator” regarding fabricated criminal charges.

That “assistance,” however, comes with strings attached. Victims are pressured into carrying out tasks ranging from surveillance and courier duties to transferring funds. In more serious cases, they are asked to purchase chemicals for explosive devices, set fire to Ukrainian military vehicles or conduct sabotage against government buildings.

"In some cases, Russian curators also demand that malicious software be installed on the victim's phone, allowing them to monitor activity and location in real time," the SBU statement said.

While earlier recruitment efforts focused largely on teenagers, the SBU warned that elderly Ukrainians are now increasingly being targeted. The agency said it has disrupted several of these operations in recent weeks but did not provide specific examples.

Russian Offensive Campaign Assessment, June 4, 2025

Excerpts:

The Kremlin is fixating on recent train derailments in Russia in order to further long-standing Kremlin narratives claiming that Ukraine is an illegitimate negotiating partner that is uninterested in peace, likely to distract the broader information space from recent Kremlin officials’ statements about Russia's own disinterest in a negotiated settlement ...

Putin also used his June 4 phone call with Trump to further falsely portray Ukraine as an illegitimate negotiating partner that is uninterested in peace ...

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky continues to express Ukraine's willingness to negotiate with Russia to establish a just and lasting peace ...

Ukrainian and Western officials and open-source analysts continue to clarify the battlefield damage resulting from Ukraine's “Operation Spider's Web” long-range drone strike series against Russian air bases on June 1 ... A senior NATO official reported to Ukrainian news outlet Suspilne that Operation Spider's Web damaged 40 Russian aircraft and confirmed that the operation destroyed 10 to 13 aircraft ... Russian opposition outlet Meduza reported that a NATO official stated that Russian forces previously used the destroyed aircraft to launch over 3,000 cruise missiles that have struck critical infrastructure and civilian targets in Ukraine since February 2022.

Maxar satellite imagery collected on June 4 indicates that Ukrainian drone strikes destroyed at least two Tu-22 bombers and three Tu-95 bombers at Belaya Airbase ...

Ukrainian special services reportedly used artificial intelligence (AI) to direct drones during Operation Spider's Web. The SBU stated on June 4 that it used “autonomous artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms and manual operator intervention” to conduct the June 1 strikes against Russian air bases.[15] The SBU stated that some drones lost signal during flight and switched to performing their missions using AI along a preplanned route ...

More indications that Putin will continue the war until he takes all of Europe.

--
Кремлевская табакерка/Kremlin Secrets

All of Europe will be Orthodox.” Putin was offered to issue an ultimatum to the Pope

Philosopher Alexandr Dugin is unhappy with the fact that Vladimir Putin had a “friendly” conversation with the new Pope Leo XIV. And he suggests that the authorities “be tougher with the Vatican.”

Alexandr Gelyevich said this in a commentary to our channel.
“The Pope supported the Kiev regime several times, even Zelensky thanked him for his support. Moreover, he is the face of the Catholic religion, which is alien to us. We need to be tougher with him,” the philosopher is sure. In his opinion, the only possible language for Vladimir Vladimirovich to talk to the Pope is ultimatums.

I think Putin can tell the Pope that, if we want, all of Europe will be Orthodox soon enough. The basis for this is the power of our weapons and the readiness of millions of Russians to shed blood for the sake of Victory. Therefore, Leo simply needs to choose – to condemn the Kiev regime or watch the Orthodox army carry the True Religion to the West, all the way to Rome. I will definitely pass on this advice to our president,” Dugin summed up.

The Kremlin refused to comment on this proposal. However, some of our sources noted that in Alexandr Gelyevich’s words “there is a rational grain that not everyone can see behind the radical formulations.”

Putin wants all of Ukraine.

He wants to ethnically cleanse it.  He'll commit genocide against those who do not leave.  He will colonize the newly conquered territory with ethnic Russians.

He will attempt to erase all traces of Ukrainian history, language, and culture.

Putin is following a playbook previously used by the Czars and Stalin to russify lands.

Scoop: Trump admired Ukraine's "badass" attack, but worries what's next

https://www.axios.com/2025/06/05/trump-reaction-ukraine-drone-attack-spiderweb

Quote
President Trump thought Ukraine's surprise drone attack over the weekend was "strong" and "badass," sources who discussed it with him tell Axios, but he's also concerned it will make his ceasefire mission even harder.

Why it matters: The meticulously planned operation on Russia's most strategic air bases — conducted remotely from thousands of miles away — suggested Ukraine has more "cards" than Trump gave them credit for, but also effectively dared Russian President Vladimir Putin to escalate in return.

Funny-strange that Trump only gets "concerned" when Ukraine hits back at Russia,

but never when Russia attacks Ukrainian civilians (which they do all the time) ...

Trump was plenty pissed at Putin for the missile attacks against Ukranian civilians recently.  Plenty of statements on Truth and X.

47 maybe Pissed but that only applies to Ukraine for hitting back. Not to his beloved Putin, who he may or may not sanction. But he will not supply more PAC-3 missiles to the Ukraine PAC-3 batteries, it would only escalate things you know ...

Russian Offensive Campaign Assessment, June 5, 2025

Excerpts:

Russian forces are reportedly sustaining an average of 1,140 casualties per day and suffering disproportionately high personnel casualties for marginal, grinding territorial gains ... Russian forces are sustaining an average casualty rate of 1,140 personnel per day, of whom nearly 975 are killed in action (KIA) - a much higher number of killed than the standard one-to-three KIA-to-wounded-in-action (WIA) ratio ... Russia seized only 0.4 percent of Ukraine's total territory in 2024 and just 0.2 percent thus far in 2025 ... Russia is suffering roughly 167 casualties per square kilometer of advance ...

The Kremlin continues efforts to falsely portray Russia as willing to engage in good-faith negotiations to end the war in Ukraine, despite Russia's repeated refusal to offer any concessions. Russian President Vladimir Putin used his first phone call to Pope Leo XIV on June 5 to falsely claim that Ukraine is escalating the war, whereas Russia is interested in achieving a resolution to the war in Ukraine through “political and diplomatic means” ... Putin notably did not propose any Russian concessions or indicate that the Kremlin has relented any of its demands of Ukraine that amount to Ukraine's full capitulation ... told the Pope that any potential resolution must eliminate the war's “root causes,” reiterating a long-standing Kremlin rhetorical line aimed at falsely blaming Ukraine for Russia's invasion ... Medvedev ... that Russia seeks a ”swift victory” in Ukraine and the ”complete destruction” of Ukraine's government, indicating that the Kremlin remains uninterested in good faith peace negotiations and a near-term resolution to the war that does not acquiesce to its demands ...

North Korea reaffirmed its support for Russia's war effort in Ukraine during Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu’s visit to North Korea on June 4. North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un reaffirmed North Korea's “unconditional support” for Russia's war effort in Ukraine and commitment to implementing the bilateral Treaty on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership during the visit ...

Russian authorities cracked down on a publication that has previously speculated about several Russian command changes. Russian law enforcement sources told Russian state news agency TASS that authorities detained 3 employees of the state-owned Ural regional information agency Ura.ru on June 5 after searching the publication's editorial office in Yekaterinburg ... the investigation may be due to Ura.ru allegedly receiving funding from an organization designated as a foreign agent and that journalists allegedly bribed a law enforcement officer to obtain sensitive internal reports ...

Iran and Russia have deepened political and military cooperation in recent years, particularly since the Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. Iran has supported Russia's invasion of Ukraine by providing Russia with Fateh-360 ballistic missiles and launchers and Shahed drones ... Iran reportedly purchased Russian Su-35 fighter jets in January 2025, though Russia has not yet delivered the Su-35s to Iran ... This cooperation has included working with Iran and Iranian-backed militias to attack US forces in the Middle East ... Russia also supported the Axis of Resistance against Israel during the October 7 War, including by providing targeting intelligence to the Houthis to support attacks on international shipping and US vessels in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden ...

North Korea report nearly sparks diplomatic row

Relations between Russia and the DPRK have become much stronger since the liberation of the Kursk region. But the increased trust was almost ruined by one journalistic piece, our sources in the Foreign Ministry reported. As it turned out, the DPRK authorities did not like the report [ see below post from Lenta.ru ] about the stay of a Russian journalist in their country.

At first glance, there is nothing seditious in the material. But the DPRK authorities did not agree with the wording about the unfortunate peasants and fake residents who were allegedly specially prepared to communicate with foreign tourists, the author of the sensational article claims.

The North Koreans asked to remove the report because it "does not correspond to reality." In the dialogue with the North Koreans, our diplomats showed toughness and the author's material remained hanging. At least for now.

“I felt sorry for the people all the time.” The Russian woman visited North Korea. Why did she come home with an oppressive feeling?

Excerpts translated from the Russian:
Lenta.ru: the Russian woman rested in the DPRK and described the experience with the words “the oppressive feeling”

In 2025, North Korea for the first time since the beginning of the pandemic began to let Western tourists. However, numerous publications of foreigners who share an honest opinion about the situation in the most closed country, did not like the DPRK. In social networks, travelers were surprised by the poor quality of roads, the lack of Internet and strict surveillance of tour groups, after which the country’s authorities decided to suspend the development of foreign tourism. Nevertheless, these restrictions do not apply to Russians - they can still visit North Korea on a visa as part of a tourist group. So did the correspondent of “Tape.ru” and shared her observations.

“It’s not like everything I’ve seen before.”
A traveler from Moscow Valentina went on a trip to North Korea with her husband as part of a tourist group. The girl shared that she had already visited about 30 countries, but never saw this. According to the Russian woman, she revised many blogs and articles about the DPRK to prepare for the vacation, but in reality what she saw surpassed all expectations.

“Some bloggers admire everything and don’t see anything wrong, only good ones are shown. The other part says that there is a terrible horror. It seemed to me that life there is very, very difficult, even despite the fact that we tried to show the best and led only on the “right” streets, ”the Muscovite notes.

The route was planned by the organizers in advance - no attractions could not be seen on their own, you can only walk everywhere with a guide, but Valentina still paid attention to how ordinary people live. Observation of their life caused the girl an oppressive feeling, she was constantly sorry for the North Koreans

“This is especially true of the peasants. We saw them when we went out of town and drove through the fields. They work almost completely manually, because there is no gasoline in the country. In the fields, people work with a plough, harness the oxen, bulls there. It's savagery because nature seems to be against being planted there. There is almost everywhere clay soil, a lot of sandy lands. How is something growing there at all? It’s incomprehensible,” the traveler was surprised.

The Russian woman added that almost everyone in the DPRK works without special equipment - they tear grass on urban lawns with their hands, collect stones along the rivers with their hands, in rivers (at least in villages) clothes are also washed with their hands. At the same time, Valentina compared life in various settlements with the “prising peasantry”, since people need a special permit and a significant reason to leave from there to the city.

Everyone we talked to was fake.
... “There is a father and a deacon, one got his rank in Khabarovsk, the other in Moscow. Whatever you ask them, they say the same thing, that all this is because of our leader. They have no spirituality. And when we were in a Buddhist temple in the mountains of Mehyan, we were also staged an indicative speech: they told that monks live there and that they were engaged in Buddhism. But we are sure that as soon as we left, these monks changed into ordinary clothes and went on their own business, ”the traveler shares ...

“One of our guides once said that they, as little children, hold the leader’s hand and do not ask where to go. Because their father always knows what needs to happen, where their direction is, where the country is moving. I thought it was an interesting comparison with young children. It really seemed to me that they perceive everything as small children,” said the girl ...

Tourists are settled on a separate island, and in the rooms there are wiretaps
On one of the excursions, during the ascent to the Monument of Juche ideas, which rises high above Pyongyang, the girl noticed the poor areas. She saw an area with one-story barracks, surrounded by a high fence and similar to a ghetto. However, the guides were not allowed to look in that direction and all the time tried to distract the attention of tourists ... Also in the hotel rooms there were huge cabinets, disguised as the radio, but they do not catch any waves. If you look at this "radio receiver" from the other side, you can see that there is a lot of wires sticking out. Experts believe that this is one of the tools of wiretapping ...

The country is very poor, but clean
Valentina was also struck by the fact that apartments in North Korea are issued only by the state. There are no loans or mortgages in the country. People get them when they get married or if they build a career. At the same time, all education in the country is free. However, if a student learns poorly, then the party chooses the profession for him, and if he studies well, he can choose where to work ...

In general, according to Valentine's observations, the country lives very poorly, but due to the fact that all sprees and specks are cleaned in cities, it seems that the cities are very well-groomed and tidy ... “Many friends asked me why I went to North Korea, not Thailand or Vietnam. It seems to me that people who ask such questions simply do not understand the value and uniqueness of this experience. Everyone should see this, because it is a real open-air museum!” – describes the impressions of the trip Russian.

Bean-counting

Featured video link below is a highly detailed photographic counting of the planes, using serial numbers where possible

Excerpts:
Yesterday, few hours after the ‘release’ of my feature on the ‘size’ of the Russian bomber fleet, the SBU of Ukraine has, finally, released a ‘compendium’ of all the UAV-strikes from 1 June. Nicest thing about this video is that most of it is crisp and sequences long enough to enable the identification of several aircraft ... that's also crucial for gauging the outcome of the Operation Sider Web, concluded on 1 June 2025 ...

In a war of attrition - which is what this conflict meanwhile is - crucial is to knock out items the enemy cannot replace, or has major problems with replacing. The Russians can't replace any of these aircraft: they are not in production for 25 years (or longer). In the case of A-50s, they cannot even overhaul and repair, while in the case of Tu-95MS this costs them lots of time and lots of money. The Russian aviation industry was struggling with the lack of skilled workforce already before the invasion on Ukraine: ever since, it is experiencing constantly increasing problems with importing Western high-tech necessary for their avionics and weapons (so much so: the A-100 - the project for an upgrade of A-50s - was cancelled for the lack of the same, while the Su-57 is ‘heading nowhere’).
