We have all seen Ukraine using FPV drones to attack Russian soldiers and equipment (i.e. military targets).  For many many months now, Russian drone operators have been conducting those same operations against Kherson civilians, striking pedestrians and civilian vehicles navigating downtown streets.  Russians armed with military equipment killing 'khokhol' civilians for sport.

Reminds me of Adolf Eichmann when he was captured.  He was asked how he could have ordered all those atrocities.  His response?  "But they were Jews".  Those same words fall off the lips of a huge portion of the Russian population.  'How could you have massacred civilians and leveled entire cities in that manner?"  Their response?  "But they were Khokhols."

They won't. The Russian barbarians won't settle for anything less than total victory. They can't. They're just too far into this war of theirs to quit now.

But what they are hoping for is to separate the USA from NATO and Europe.

So far Trump and his team seem to be heading this way.

I just read in a foreign press report that North Koreans fighting for Russia in Ukraine think they are fighting their decades long enemies the South Koreans.

KYIV – Ukrainians have expressed shock and a deep sense of betrayal as Russia and the United States met for bilateral talks on ending the war that excluded representatives from Kyiv.

Despite criticism from European and Ukrainian leaders, Russian and US officials met in Saudi Arabia for high-level peace talks after Donald Trump held a phone call last week with Vladimir Putin.

After four and a half hours on Tuesday, diplomats from both countries confirmed that first steps would be taken to normalise relations between them.

The Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelensky, has repeatedly said Ukraine will not accept any deal negotiated without its involvement.

Alyona Kara was 13 when Russia occupied and annexed Crimea from Ukraine in February 2014. Now 24, she says she has learned that no agreements with Russia are possible.

“Their words mean nothing because they never keep their promises,” says the communications specialist who has lived in Kyiv, the capital, since 2018. “I don’t believe in a long-term ceasefire. Russia will do everything to try to take over all of Ukraine again. They won’t stop.”

Born and raised in the south-eastern Ukrainian port city of Berdiansk, which has been occupied by Russia since soon after the full-scale invasion in February 2022, Kara believes that not including Ukraine in these talks gives the impression the country has no choice and must agree to any ceasefire plan.

“I feel very angry. As a country, we’re making huge efforts and fighting with our lives against Russian aggression. The ‘art of the deal’ in talks with Russia is to point weapons at them. Period.

“Russia won’t stop until they take everything. I believe our government understands this too and won’t agree to any talks held without us,” says Kara.  .  .  .

Well, Putin is many negative things, but one thing he is not, he and his nation are not Adolph Hitler and the Nazis.  Russia has proven to be a paper tiger.  They thought, or Putin and his leadership thought that Ukraine would lay down like Poland did and surrender in a couple weeks time against Hitler.

Now this war has been running for three years, Russia has experienced almost 900,000 casualties, and expended large amounts of their military equipment for a war that is going no where.  Putin is in no position to attack any other nation.  That is a falsehood.  Fact is, his country is on the verge of another economic collapse similar to 1991.  He is already not paying many that he promised to pay to go to war, pay them big dollars, and they are being killed before they got their money, and now will never get it.   He is using mercenaries from where ever he can get them, he is using North Koreans, and these folks are being fed into a true meatgrinder.

Putin is sitting right now with a chunk of his country under Ukrainian control, something that Ukraine did with a mere thousand man force.  Not since Hitler has that happened to Russia.  Putin is a total joke, and why the president of the USA wants to make nice to this clown is a mystery.

If Trump continues down this path, it will be the  Republicans that lead the charge to impeach this man.  And they may just do that to have Vance in the next two years versus Jeffries in February, 2027 when the Dems impeach him and Vance and install their Speaker, Jeffries. 

Oh yes, I can see the darkness that might just be ahead for this nation.  Trump is creating a country where instability is becoming a daily thing, much like what Bush did during the years subsequent to 9/11.  Instability for 7.5 years led to Obama.  Just a friendly reminder of past history.

And I am sure all of you have fond memories of that clown!!!

I hate to agree but you're right. While I absolutely support America First I utterly oppose America Alone because EVERY SINGLE TIME we've tried it we ended up in the middle of war and young men suffered and died.

The price of isolationism is always blood and treausre.
