Biden, Trump supporters slinging insults at each other outside courthouse, some blowing kisses

Things are escalating between Trump and Biden supporters outside the courthouse — about 15 people altogether — with Biden fans chanting "anti Christ."

Trump supporters are blowing kisses at the other side, with some saying, “If Jesus loved you he would give you teeth.”

Police presence is increasing but they haven’t gotten involved.

I do have to agree; Biden is the anti-Christ!

Jurors must ignore 'improper' comment by Trump lawyer: Merchan

Judge Merchan told jurors to ignore an earlier comment from Trump lawyer Todd Blanche that suggested the former president could be sent to prison if convicted.

Blanche's statement "was improper and you must disregard it," the judge said, noting jurors are not allowed to take punishment into consideration when deliberating.

Blanche, in his closing argument, had told the jury: “You cannot send someone to prison based on the words of Michael Cohen," prompting an objection from prosecutors.

ADA says: To be sure, some of the testimony was cringe worthy because it was a cringe worthy situation at the suite at Harrah’s in 2006. Those are the kinda details you remember.

My note: Remember in Cross, Necheles pointed out that Stormy changed her story on three occasions, not saying she felt threatened until recently. She told (Floaterson) Anderson Cooper that President Trump was a perfect gentlemen in 2018.

'Cringy' Stormy Daniels testimony about sex with Trump is 'true'

Manhattan prosecutor Joshua Steinglass called part of Stormy Daniels' testimony "cringy" — but said that her close eyes to the detail about the night she claims she slept with Trump prove that she's trustworthy.

"That's the type of display that the defendant didn't want the American voter to see. In simple terms: Stormy Daniels is the motive," Steinglass said.

"Her story is messy, it makes people uncomfortable," Steinglass said. "But that’s the point, that’s the display that the defendant didn’t want the American public to see: Stormy Daniels is the motive.

"Mr. Trump would not pay $30,0000, doubled after it was grossed up for taxes, to someone who he just took a photo with on a golf course.”

Steinglass called out Trump's teal for going to "great lengths" to discredit the former porn star, claiming they "shamed her" and "demonized" her for being an adult film star, and "tried to suggest her story has changed over the years."

But the Manhattan prosecutor said her memory of the topics discussed and dining area of Trump's hotel room are pieces that "ring true."

"Those are the kind of details you expect someone to remember," Steinglass said.

Soros funded DA’s office says the next reason why you should reject GLOAT Michael Cohen’s testimony is because he stole from the Trump Organization, which I’ll sometimes call the T-O.

ADA continues: When Mr. Trump decided that he wasn’t going to pay him, which he often does, Cohen decided he was going to take more money for something different.

ADA admits: “Cohen did in fact steal, and that is wrong.”

Don't feel bad for Michael Cohen — 'he made his bed': prosecutors

Manhattan prosecutor Joshua Steinglass asked jurors to not hold it against Michael Coehn that he is making money off the only thing he has left — his knowledge of the "inner workings" of the Trump Organization.

"I'm not asking you to feel bad for Michael Cohen, he made his bed," Steinglass said.

Steinglass defended Cohen for selling merchandise on his website about Trump's hush money trial, and that selling stuff is "not a crime."

“I expect he will continue to do that regardless of the outcome of this trial," added Steinglass.

Trump attorney Todd Blanche brought up Cohen's apparel during his closing arguments, showing the jury a shirt sold on Cohen's website with what appears to be Trump behind bars in a jumpsuit.

The court stenographer, who is facing the jury just looked at President Trump out of the corner of the stenographer’s eye for a couple seconds, and just shook her head east-to-west.

President Trump is not in the stenographers eyeline, he is sitting at about 3 o’clock in relation to the stenographer.

Prosecutor Joshua Steinglass said just now that "we didn’t choose Michael Cohen" -- a convicted felon and admitted liar -- as their star witness.

"We didn’t pick him up at the witness store," Steinglass quipped.

It was Donald Trump who chose Cohen precisely because he knew that Cohen was willing to lie to protect him, Steinglass added.

"The defendant chose Michael Cohen!" Steinglass exclaimed, extending his left arm to point at Trump sitting at the defense table.

My note: Soros funded DA’s office is helping the Trump defense team’s case by admitting the wedlock child story was not true. This gives the jury an example of how an NDA could work for someone who lies about a the original incident, which is one of the defense’s arguments with regard to Stormy Daniels.

ADA now going through some of David Pecker’s testimony with regard to the false story of President Trump fathering a child out of wedlock.

Saying Pecker was willing to pay far more than this story because of the embarisment that it would have for the campaign.

As you know, the story wasn’t true.

Pecker also told you if it was true, then it would have been the biggest story since Elvis.

 Steinglass just dismissed Cohen's admitted to grand larceny and is justifying Cohen selling merchandise and making money on Trump. "You can't blame him" because he has only this connection to sell. He is portraying Cohen like he is selling goods on the street to support his struggling family in their multimillion dollar Trump condo. His "struggles" amounts to earning millions in attacking Trump.

Now ...Steinglass is belittling his past perjury. He says Cohen has a little problem with taking responsibility. That is what the prosecutors are offering to excuse lying to the courts, Congress, his family, this client, and virtually every creature that has walked or crawled on the face of the Earth. So Steinglass, a prosecutor, is dismissing grand larceny, serial perjury, and other offenses.

My Observation: Soros funded ADA is not as smooth as Todd Blanche in his summation.

Blanche was choppy in the beginning of the trial, but he became better as the trial went on. He shined during his cross examination of GLOAT Michael Cohen and during President Trump’s Closing Argument.
