This almost covers the gap for her.  But there are five more counties where she trails.  Chief among these is Pima County where there alone Gallego is expected to gain another 27,920 votes.  Maricopa County, another 13,478.  Apache County, another 3,930.  It does not look promising for Lake.  Projection, Gallego by 45-50K.

How did you arrive at that? With 78.53% counted Lake is behind 35,504 votes and closing with more than 714,000 votes to count.

Easy...

Each county has a count and a percentage of ballot outstanding.  Extrapolate the remaining ballots, based on candidate percentages thus far, and you get a rough, but of course not perfect estimate.

And in this case, realize that a huge chunk left out there is Maricopa County, which was skewed towards Gallego.

Difference - + 2,561

To extrapolate forward like @catfish1957 said,  you divide the difference by the reporting percentage, then multiply by the percentage remaining.


2561 * ((1 - 0.91) / 0.91) = 2561 * (9/91) = 253

This gives you the gain (or loss) with the remaining votes.

I understand that this asshat won't be returning in Jan. 2025 but that doesn't help matters today and he is far from the only asshat in Maricopa County "leadership".

Lake may well lose but so far the gap is closing and there are enough uncounted votes that could swing it in her favor. I also suspect a fair amount of people left the senate vote empty. Lake waited too long to respond to Gallego's charges. And Gallego could have been destroyed by his voting record supporting illegal alien's benefits contrary to his ads.

How can we know if ballots are "being added" when they never counted them when shutting down the Polling Stations?

All of the stalling and delaying is only to give the Democrats enough time to print enough ballots to win.
From practical experience, EVERY TIME there is a delay or a problem with the counting, Democrats ALWAYS wind up winning. This is a technique they have practiced and perfected over decades. (e.g., Al Franken)

Until some State Authority, legal authority, steps in and takes control, the counting will continue to be an amature-hour free-for-all which is dominated by Democrat fanatical operatives.

This appears to be a bit different than 2020 and 2022. 

Then, they could just print more ballots to stuff the boxes.  I think they are encountering difficulty because of legal judgements these past 4 years.  Now they are just dragging their feet to piss off the candidates like Kari.
