Rebecca Hernandez, of Huntsville, was given a drug test after giving birth at Crestwood Medical Center last Tuesday — and her son was swiftly removed after it came back positive for opiates, WAFF reports.

By the time a more official state laboratory test came back Friday stating she was clean, the new mother had lost three days with her new baby.

Poppy seeds are a well known false-positive for those of us whose job requires drug test.  I really like poppy seeds but avoid them like the plaque for that reason.  Not worth the possible hassle.

A leading Hollywood stuntwoman was shot dead alongside her husband in a wild gun battle after they tried to ambush her ex-husband and his new wife at their home in Ohio, according to reports and authorities.

Cheryl Sanders, 59 — who appeared in “Back to the Future II” and has been a stunt double for Sandra Bullock, Cameron Diaz, Nicole Kidman and Jessica Alba — died alongside her husband Reed Sanders, 56, on Wednesday.

They traveled at least six hours from their home in North Carolina to confront the stuntwoman’s ex-husband, Lindsey Duncan, and his wife Molly outside their home in Yellow Springs, according to reports.

“All of a sudden, hell began,” Duncan told a press conference of the “absolute, total ambush” that sparked two gun battles with hundreds of shots fired.

Just guessing,but MY guess is this is the sort of thing that happens to people who have been in hundreds of imaginary firefights shooting blanks,and not used to really taking aim.

i know it always bothered me to aim off to the side while in the army and on training missions. Even though we were all firing blanks and had blank adaptors in our weapons,I still couldn't knowingly point a weapon at someone or something I didn't intend to kill,and then pull the trigger.

Just can't do it. I can deal with killing someone purposely,but not by accident.

It did,but even blank adaptors MUST have a hole in them to vent the gasses,and he was so ignorant of firearms that he didn't realize this,and when he put the pistol to his head and pulled the trigger,it was those hot,expanded gasses that blew a hole in his skull and killed him,not a bullet.

A tragic death due to ignorance and carelessness,not a suicide. He was literally joking around in front of friends.

BTW,blank adaptors for prop guns are installed inside the barrel by boring it out,threading it,and screwing the blank adaptor inside the bore,out of sight. as I wrote above,blank adaptors have holes drilled in them to release the gasses. The prime difference between movie prop gun blank adaptors and move blank adaptors is the military ones are temporary,stick outside the bore to make it obvious they are installed,and need no tools to install or remove.

You do NOT want to pull the trigger on a firearm with a blank adaptor installed if it is loaded with actual bullets. If you are lucky,all you will lose will be the use of a hand.

Dulles, VA – A drunken United Airlines passenger assaulted a federal air marshal and threatened to kill everyone aboard her recent flight from Germany to Virginia, according to court documents.

“I’m going to stab everyone on the plane, then kill myself,” 27-year-old Dana Ghazi Mustafa declared during her Feb. 22 flight, according to a U.S. Attorney’s Office press release. “I’m Palestinian! That’s how we get down.”  ...

Once she was subdued, the marshals plopped Mustafa down in a seat beside them, then spotted a half-empty liter bottle of Absolut vodka resting inside her open carry-on luggage, FOX News reported.
