You gotta give @Jazzhead some credit, he just said he plain didn't like Moore' politics to begin with.

Which is what these situations usually boil down to, once you cut through all the moral posturing, teeth gnashing & garment rending.

Yep!  Entirely agree!  They LIKE the GOPe and that's that!

They are the enemy as much, if not more, than ANY democrat including Jazz!

Bannon came in after the Primary pretending he had something to do with Moore. He is a fraud. McConnell is the one who pimped Strange for the spot in the primary and drove everyone to vote for a half witted, sticky fingered moron like Moore.

Maybe you have never heard this before so I will enlighten you.  "The enemy of my enemy is my friend"

Maybe you haven't found out that expression is bullshit.  Look no further than the USSR post WWII and Iranian militias in current day Iraq.
I disagree.  Circle gets the square.

Well we won the war and they stopped being the enemy of my enemy and became THE enemy didn't they. Although there are a great many here who have not yet figured out that Iran, under the current Mullah regime, IS the enemy.

Who wasn't really what you think he was, hence the fraud designation.
Yeah, there was fraud alright, follow the stench that surrounded everyone that feared a God fearing politician that could not be bought so they brought in the lady from the WP who was famous for her bringing down Perry with another non-story.

Not one thing was ever proved against Moore. The one tangible thing that didn't even prove anything was never released to be examine and was later admitted to be faked as presented to the public.

Even things presented to the public like conservative voting records (said she voted for Trump) were proven to be lies.

Perhaps you can show me one piece of evidence that is damning. Cause I have yet to see it. The only evidence I have seen is how the whole of the world will turn on a good man it fears.

One freaking bit of real proof is all I asked.

No, they always were the enemy, which is why much of Europe and America went through the Red Scare of the 1920s.  The WWI allies also supplied troops and arms to the White faction during the Russian Civil War.

The Russians, prior to 1917 were friends and excellent trading partners with the USA. Their leadership was deposed by the COMINTERN, the Soviet regieme was born and would have died of natural causes soon after had not the good old USA repeatedly bailed them out from the 1920's on through WWII.

Persia, under the Shah, was a friend and ally of the USA until Jimmuh CAAATa ended that, allowed the Mullahs who currently run the place to return from their safe haven in France and the rest, as they say, is history!

Moore is the proof.  He's asking for donations to open an investigation into voter fraud, but hasn't sued the accusers or WaPo, like he said he would.  He knows that would require going on the record.

Asked by Beason, "Do you plan to pursue any legal action with defamation against any of these people — Washington Post or anybody?" Moore responded: "We are. We're talking about The Washington Post. We're talking about the women involved."

Moore wouldn't address the specifics of any potential litigation, saying, "That's for investigators." But he said: "There are things coming out in the future which I can't talk about."

"We're getting proof," he said. "We'll continue to do that."

He finally came clean after weeks and weeks of smearing Moore over the "allegations" while denying it was about politics for him.  Admitting he was lying to us all along is not something that's credit-worthy.

I responded to that as well!  And YOU know that! Which is why you conveniently eleminated that from what you quoted above.

It was omitted, because it was irrelevant.

We actively opposed the Reds in the 20s and had serious legitimate concerns The Depression would help their ideas take hold here in the 30s.  We intervened in Iranian affairs to install Mohammed Reza Pahlavi to keep Soviet influence out, thus creating the later problems we face today.

We never had any Illusions about who they were and what they wanted.

McConnell Mocks ‘Political Genius’ Bannon Over Moore Defeat: He Threw Away a Seat in ‘The Reddest State in America’

BY:  David Rutz
December 22, 2017 12:04 pm

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R., Ky.) on Friday took a shot at former White House strategist Steve Bannon's backing of Roy Moore in the Alabama Senate race, saying he threw away a seat in America's reddest state.

Democrat Doug Jones defeated Moore, who several women accused of sexual misconduct against them when they were teenagers, on Dec. 12 to become the first Democrat to win an Alabama Senate seat since 1992.

"Do you blame Steve Bannon for Doug Jones being elected in Alabama?" a reporter asked.

"Well, let me just say this," McConnell said after pausing to chuckle. "The political genius on display, throwing away a seat in the reddest state in America, is hard to ignore."

Sounds to me like Mitch the RINOe Bitch is just doing what most lefties do....

projecting.

He's the one who threw away that seat when he chose to help defeat the GOP candidate in favor of the Democrat one.

LOL!  OK!  YOU are delusional!

You should get ahold of a copy of this book and learn just how we were opposing the Reds in the 1920's!

True, BUT at least he admitted it finally.  Many of the other Moore bashers here still refuse to do so.

No, because Brooks was Bannon's original choice.  However, he was willing to throw phony support behind someone he didn't really believe in out of spite.

He has a terrible habit of pushing bad candidates forward, like Moore and Nehlen for that reason.

If Mitch thinks Alabama is the 'reddest state' then why did he try to foist a moderate squish like Luther Strange on it?

  • I was a "conspiracy theorist". Now I'm just right.
Luther was hated with a passion within gun groups in Alabama. His position was based on wheeling and dealing with the downfallen governor and odds are he was no "sure" win either. But at least McConnell would of actually supported him. Poor Roy only got stacked upon from all sides, and died via as much friendly fire as the fake news from the Washington ComPost.

Just saying I will not forget... all involved.
Yep. I will contribute to the campaign of anyone who runs against McConnell, whether in the primary or the general.

Bevin lost to him badly in 2013, but was elected governor in 2015.  He hasn’t yet said if he’d run for re-election in 2019, so he may challenge McConnell yet again.

Moore is the proof.

Once again, I will ask for "REAL" proof. There isn't any. All you and half of everyone else on this thread has shown is they could care less and if Justice Thomas came up again before the congressional hearings again, that he would be thrown under the bus. Anita Hill still makes her rounds playing the fake victim, because there was no way to prove one way or the other what she claimed was fiction or fact. That is what allegations for 30 or 40 years ago achieve, nothing but ruining the name of the accused. If you do sue, you are right, you go under oath for nothing except to make yourself a center of a circus.

Quote
One freaking bit of real proof is all I asked.

This crap of well he didn't do this or that proves nothing, except some would rather quote WP reporters than look at the motivations to lies behind them.

You and I both know, the women that made the claims will disappear. The lawyers that represented them will slip them some money under the table (and throw in a couple more media events with travel and board) and nothing more will be said.

IOWs you still got NOTHING, never did, never will. Just like I said.

The joke of a lawyer was the one that let her client get up there and claim it was all unaltered, yet a couple of weeks later admit it wasn't.

The real real joke is those that given this was fake still claimed a Dan Rather "Fake but Accurate" defense.
