He didn't just disagree. He defied a valid court order.
Point of order. The "valid" court order enjoined the Secretary of State. The district courts are not controlled by the Secretary of State, they answer to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
Not only is the Federal Judge f***ing ignorant (I mean *LYING*) about the law, the stupid bastard didn't write the order to the correct chain of command.
Yes, the court did twist the establishment clause. That happens all the time these days.
It happens because people don't tell them to go F*** themselves. If more people refused to obey unlawful orders, we would have a lot less trouble out of arrogant Federal Judges.

Anyone can defy anybody, and people who abuse their authority *NEED* to be defied. In fact, it is our *DUTY* to defy such people.
