By alll means, we should investigate, defund, and prosecute if applicable. None of that excuses the lies coming out of this admin though.

Context is very important, the context of the conservation was the Trump campaign. Did the Trump campaign have any discussions with the Russians. Senator Session as chairman of the Armed Services Committee, is not the Trump campaign. Bush was the same as Trump, without the bellicosity. He fired Jay Garner within a month of appointment as the #2 in Iraq. Garner's strategy was to "return Iraq to the Iraqis ASAP, it's their country."
