Hezbollah, like Hamas, is commonly referred to as Iran’s proxy. I don’t know, maybe they have been admitting it all along. But I found this to be clarifying:

Demeaning Israel like that also shows great disrespect for Netanyahu, treating him as a subservient vassal instead of a partner or ally.  And that hurts Netanyahu domestically inside his own party and country.  Totally uncalled for.
