Buyer’s remorse?  Not in Virginia by a long shot.  The democrats, who dominate this state, couldn’t be happier.  Christopher Newport University released a poll in late January showing a 60+% approval rating for Spanberger.. so I’m not sure where this “buyer’s remorse” narrative is coming from.

It looks like ol' Virginny has gone to the blue, and it won't be comin' back...

Correct.  Unless a flaming meteor takes out Northern VA, the Old Dominion is permanently blue.

Sounds like a plan.

Can she grille a steak though?
You don’t become cooler with age but you do care progressively less about being cool, which is the only true way to actually be cool.

The only hope we have is Youngkin running again. His campaign slogan should be "See I told you".
Seasrs thought she had it in the bag and didn't campaign until 3 months before the election and by that time it was too late.
You cannot serve two consecutive terms as governor in VA, which is why Youngkin didn't run.
The GOP was AWOL for Sears' campaign; even Trump did not give her an endorsement.
It got off to a poor start and did not really get it together.
How God must weep at humans' folly! Stand fast! God knows what he is doing!
Seventeen Techniques for Truth Suppression

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
