Driscoll is bringing a plan that whittles down the initial U.S. peace plan from 28 points to around 19, after altering demands that Ukraine cede the Donbas region to Russia and other sensitive issues involving Ukraine’s territory, according to two people familiar with the negotiations, who like others interviewed, were granted anonymity to discuss sensitive deliberations. Those questions were left for President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to discuss.

Another place we can be sure that 47 will pressure Zelenski into accepting Putin's Donbas demands, leaving the road open across the plains to Kiev. This time it will be 3 days to Kiev and the Polish border.

There will be a twinkle in Putin's eye as he gazes toward his newest helpmate, 47 who having made his best bro's wishes come true, imagines himself in the lavish penthouse in Trump Tower Moscow.

“New satellite imagery from DniproOsint confirms the destruction of two aircraft during the strike on Taganrog: the rare A‑60 laser lab and an Il‑76 transport plane. The Beriev plant’s final assembly hall also sustained serious damage. An S‑400 position was hit as well, though the full impact is unclear from satellite visuals.” One of only two facilities critical to maintaining their Tu-95 (Bear) bombers.

The Tu-95 "Bear" is somewhat analogous to the USAF B-52, though Russia apparently also uses it for recon and intelligence gathering.

They call it senseless and destructive, welp, that sort of it's as if the two countries spontaneously decided to start fighting each other, like it was World War 1 or something, not that Russia started the whole thing by invading, multiple times.

yeah, and what's particularly maddening about this is that Trump, Vance, Witkoff, and Kushner seem to be accepting Putin's ridiculous premise that Russia is somehow a victim in all of this, that's there's some sort of "root cause" behind Putin's attempted re-conquest of Ukraine, and that America and NATO are the bad guys here.

It's just stupid!

It is a simple matter.  Ukraine had gas and oil reserves that Russia wanted.  So they sent in their military to take them.  This isn't about people.  This is about the land and what is under it.  Russia wants monopoly power for Europe's energy needs.  And 5 trillion cubic meters of gas under Ukrainian soil posed a threat to that.

This war is about Russian greed.  And that greed should never be rewarded.  Peace only happens when Russia gets the hell out of Ukraine.  All of Ukraine.

Kyrylo Shevchenko
@KShevchenkoReal

🇷🇺Russia is now SUSPENDING payments to its own soldiers as regional budgets buckle. Deficits across the regions have exploded to $8.1B this year, after a surplus last year. More than eight regions have already slashed enlistment bonuses from the equivalent of $30–35k down to just $4.5k.

Moscow is struggling to plug a ‼️$112B‼️ federal budget hole while sustaining an increasingly expensive war economy. Regions now can’t predict how many recruits they must pay for, nor can they afford it. War spending crowds out everything else. #RussiaEconomy #MakeRussiaPay

Russia Can’t Pay Its Soldiers: Yakutia Freezes Military Bonuses Over Budget Crisis

Ivan Khomenko  |  Nov 22, 2025 18:10  |  Updated Nov 23, 2025 11:49

Yakutia has temporarily suspended payments to Russian military personnel due to a regional budget shortfall and an inability to forecast demand, according to regional officials.

Finance Minister of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Ivan Alekseev, confirmed the pause in payments during a local television broadcast on November 21.

He cited difficulties in predicting how many individuals would require the funds, stating: “Unfortunately, we really have this situation. However, the government has done the work, the necessary funds have been found, and an order will be issued in the coming days so that all payments will be made.”

Alekseev did not specify which payments were affected. According to Yakutsk Online, the republic had previously allocated up to 2.6 million rubles (approximately $29,000) per contract soldier, with contributions divided among federal (400,000 rubles—$4,500), regional (1.8 million rubles—$20,000), and municipal budgets (400,000 rubles—$4,500).

Additional compensation of up to 750,000 rubles (around $8,300) was offered for injuries, and 1 million rubles (roughly $11,000) in the event of death.

As of late September 2025, Russia’s regional budgets reported a cumulative deficit of 724.8 billion rubles (approximately $8.1 billion), reversing a surplus of 472.1 billion rubles ($5.3 billion) recorded at the same point in 2024. A total of 68 regions were running deficits by that time, up from 45 the previous year.  .  .

Russia not being able to pay its military their wages is nothing new.  I first traveled to Russia in 2000.  At that time, I was told Russia often found itself in a position of not being able to pay its military.  Not only that, but not feed them as well.  It was not uncommon for Russian soldiers to scour the dachas covering the countryside outside of most cities, looking to steal food for their survival.  That story I first heard 25 years ago.  I assure you, that condition has continued to present day.

Putin has never treated his military with respect.  Why?  Because that evil man has never valued human life.  Every decision he has made since he has come in power has proven he has no respect for Russian life.  There are countless examples where Russians died at the hand of a Putin decision.  People that did not have to die, he just did not care about their survival.

And the war in Ukraine screams just how heartless Putin is toward his fellow countrymen.  In a country that is suffering from a serious decline in population, he is quite comfortable with the casualties being incurred against Russian forces.  He just does not care.  He is truly an evil man, and it disgusts me when President Trump refers to this evil man as 'his friend'.  Putin is in fact the closest thing to Adolph Hitler since WWII.

And Trump is delusional to believe Putin will agree to peace.  He is preparing right now for an attack into the Baltic states if the war ends in Ukraine.  He may not take action until the USA has another POTUS, but you can count on his attacking the Baltic states.  As long as he lives, he will desire to reunify the former USSR.

Kremlin snuffbox/Кремлевская табакерка, Nov 25 2025

"The SVO won't be completed for several years, and most of the goals have not been achieved." The Central Bank is panicking.

A high-ranking Kremlin source told us that the SVO will likely continue for several more years. This was in response to rumors that hostilities could soon cease as a result of intensified negotiations on the Ukrainian crisis.

"I don't think the SVO will end for several years. Most of the special operation's goals have not yet been achieved; even Donbas hasn't been liberated [ https://t.me/kremlin_secrets/6456 ]. And it probably won't be anytime soon. Where can we stop? The army is fighting heroically. I'm sure almost no one there (except for a few soldiers, who always exist) even thinks about stopping, demobilizing, and so on. Vladimir Vladimirovich has no thoughts of stopping either. I hope he never does," the channel's source believes.

The Central Bank disagrees with this position. A source close to Elvira Nabiullina notes that "the SVO should be completed as soon as possible." "Otherwise, there will be terrible economic disaster as early as next year. I don't want to say how terrible," the Central Bank representative stated. He also assured that such panic-stricken forecasts are well-founded.

At the same time, military forecasts are not being made right now. However, they disagree that few in the army are thinking about demobilization and completing their military service. These topics are becoming increasingly popular there, and many guys are tired. This needs to be discussed honestly! [ https://t.me/kremlin_secrets/6461 ]

We don't like such contradictions. Confusion in wartime is not quite right. We hope everything will be alright.

Kremlin snuffbox/Кремлевская табакерка, Nov 26 2025

About the negotiations. Briefly for now.

It's easy to see that the situation surrounding the negotiation process is changing daily. The publication of the conversation between Ushakov and Witkoff in Bloomberg came as a surprise to many. We'll write more about this later, but it's clear that this leak could seriously impact the outcome of the negotiations.

What's important? The process is ongoing. Russian negotiators have managed to convince the American side that the conquest of new territories, including the entire DPR, is only a matter of time. According to our interlocutors, the liberation of Donbas could take more than a year, but even this time frame is subject to change [ https://t.me/kremlin_secrets/6456 ]. Clearly, such progress requires significant resources, equipment, and personnel.

It's difficult to fully discuss the outcome of the settlement at this time. According to sources, Vladimir Putin is convinced that the goals of the Central Military District can be achieved through military means and has no intention of making any concessions. This is alarming for Central Bank officials, who are openly discussing the accumulated problems in the economy [ https://t.me/kremlin_secrets/6431 ].

The negotiations are not just about Ukraine, but about the security architecture in Europe as a whole. Russia needs guarantees against NATO's eastward expansion. At the same time, several influential figures in the president's entourage insist that providing any guarantees to Ukraine is clearly unnecessary. In any case, there is no need to commit them to paper.

"Ukraine will cease to exist in the foreseeable future. And in our conversations with the Americans, we must confirm that this territory remains under our control. Odesa, Kharkiv, and Kyiv are our cities," says a source close to the president.

The interlocutors also discussed the importance of cooperation with China and the United States for the growth of Russia's economic influence in the world.

Kremlin snuffbox/Кремлевская табакерка, Nov 26 2025

"For years to come." The Kremlin has officially confirmed that the SVO is not planning to end anytime soon.

Dmitry Peskov urged against jumping to conclusions about the nearing end of the conflict in Ukraine [ https://t.me/tass_agency/350211 ]. These words are fully supported by our inside information. We have repeatedly stated that the SVO is not currently planned for an imminent conclusion [ https://t.me/kremlin_secrets/6466 ].

"I think Peskov has settled all the questions. I'm getting a little tired of hearing about how the SVO will soon end. Have we achieved even half of our goals? Or are we close? No! So let's fight and stop talking nonsense!" a Kremlin source commented.

He declined to predict how long the SVO would last, only noting that "if nothing changes, it will definitely be for years."

Witkoff's an outright traitor then.

Here's the story without the paywall:

https://archive.is/7GArV

Quote
During his call with Ushakov, Witkoff told his Russian counterpart that he had deep respect for Putin and that he had told Trump that it was his belief that Russia has always wanted a peace deal. The US envoy mentioned Zelenskiy’s upcoming visit and suggested that Putin could speak to Trump ahead of that meeting.

“Zelenskiy is coming to the White House on Friday,” Witkoff said. “I will go to that because they want me there, but I think if possible we have the call with your boss before that Friday meeting.”

Ushakov asked Witkoff whether it would be “useful” for Putin to call Trump. Witkoff said it would.

He also recommended that Putin congratulate Trump for the Gaza peace deal, say that Russia had supported it and that he respects the president as a man of peace. “From that, it’s going to be a really good call,” Witkoff said.

“Here’s what I think would be amazing,” Witkoff then added. “Maybe he says to President Trump: you know, Steve and Yuri discussed a very similar 20-point plan to peace and that could be something that we think might move the needle a little bit, we’re open to those sorts of things.”

Ushakov appeared to take some of the advice on board. Putin “will congratulate” and will say “Mr Trump is a real peace man,” he said.

Trump and Putin held their call two days later, at Russia’s request, and the US president described the two-and-a-half-hour-long conversation as “very productive.” Afterward, he announced plans to meet with the Russian leader in Budapest, a summit that is yet to take place, and also mentioned that Putin had congratulated him on the Gaza deal.
Following up on that call, Witkoff met with Kirill Dmitriev, another senior Kremlin adviser, in Miami, according to an interview that Dmitriev gave to Axios. Dmitriev told Axios he spent three days in Miami from Oct. 24.

A spokesperson for Dmitriev declined to comment.
