BREAKING:

Elon Musk has officially announced the creation of new political party the America Party.

I personally think this is a HUGE mistake. No one on the left will join, so all he is doing is SCREWING UP the GOP.

He will just peel off the RINOs.

Considering how much you hate Conservatives and how much you support all the Democrat policies that Trump backs, I am really surprised that you would not be thrilled at this turn of events. Musk (and Conservatives) want to balance the budget. They want to end deficit spending. They want to marginalize the Fed. They want smaller government. They want to end corruption. So this is a wonderful opportunity for you to detach yourself from those opposed to your political philosophy. Again, you should be ecstatic.

Say what you want about Musk. But he handed you a winning strategy that would cement Republican control over government for the next quarter century. Yet when the vote came down, the current Party chose Democrat-lite. Again. So the Dems will still have $40 billion in USAID money over the next two years to siphon from to fund their 2026 races. All because Republicans stupidly chose to reject the gift that Musk handed them.

Remember, it was only yesterday that Musk was the 'superstar' of far-Left radicals. The way politics today swings like a pendulum, based mostly on social media, Musk could yet again become loved by Liberals (in whatever scenario we cannot foresee).

The Democrat Party has an approval rate of less than 20% of their own membership. Elon Musk may actually completely destroy it in finality. If Elon continues to fiercely trash Trump and Republicans, as he is doing now, he may yet become the new leader of what used to be called Democrats.

There are strange things happing every day. We are living through some very bizarre times. Our grandchildren will wonder at us, as we are in wonder of our forefathers. What the hell was going on back then!?

I don't know if that's true. He was definitely the superstar of reddit millennials, especially those whose parents suffered from the sub-prime mortgage fiasco. But the far left? Many are casually dismissing Elon's 3rd party move.He could do major damage as a spoiler. He was an integral part of the MAGA coalition but obviously feels betrayed. I think he's wrong, that Trump's doing exactly what he said he would, & that major cuts take time (& the votes).

Someone in a position to do so should try to get through to him -- if that hasn't already occurred. I hate the national debt as much as anyone, but eventually it's going to require "entitlement" reform. There's not enough discretionary spending to put a dent in it. The math is just the math and so few seem to have come to grips with this.

I believe Elon -- as opposed to leftists -- genuinely wants to save America, but I also believe he's going about it the wrong way -- big time. God help us.
