I guess Trump and Witkoff shouldn't have taken the EU for granted before insulting, ignoring, and blowing it off before trying to impose these terms.

Maybe pissing off our allies and bowing down to Russia was not a good idea after all.  I guess it is Art of the deal.

True, some European countries, like Germany, are dependent on Russia for energy.

Why? Because Putin's mole, Angela Merkel, did a great job of helpfully destroying Germany's nuclear energy industry after the Fukushima fiasco (2011) - which until that time, had been among the safest and most reliable in the World.

Germany needs to revive their nuclear power and give Russia the boot.
