Wall Street Journal Slams Donald Trump’s ‘Sellout’ Of Ukraine With A Scathing Reality Check

The conservative Wall Street Journal continued taking swipes at Donald Trump this week with two editorials — published in as many days — that called out the U.S. president’s purported bid to end Russia’s war on Ukraine.

On Tuesday, the newspaper’s editorial board called out what it described as “the looming rehabilitation” of Russian President Vladimir Putin, facilitated by Trump, as negotiations to end the conflict — which Putin began with the invasion of Ukraine in 2022 — began between U.S. and Russian officials in Saudi Arabia. Ukrainian officials were notably not invited to participate in the meeting to decide their fate.
 
The Journal reminded readers of just some of the horrors of Putin’s brutal campaign in Ukraine — such as the killing or maiming of hundreds of thousands of people, the targeting of civilian’s homes and the kidnapping of Ukrainian-born children. It contrasted all that, and more, with Trump’s talk about inviting Putin to America.

Europe wont handle its own problems because it is a collection of rump Empires plotting and scheming against and with each other in alliances of convenience to maintain a balance of power.

Did Europe do anything in Bosnia?  Nope.
Did Europe do anything in Kosovo?  Nope.

Western European nations were happy to stand by and watch Balkan factions fight amongst themselves ... even though it was events in the Balkans in the 1910s that set WWI and WWII into motion.

Western European nations are perfectly willing to tolerate Continental strife in Europe as long as it doesn't directly impact them or does not present an opportunity to expand their spheres of influence.

It's in Western Europe's financial and military interest to keep WWII alive --- it's how they remain a quasi protectorate of the US.  Nowhere is it written we must go along with Europe's manipulation.

I would recommend you go look up Russian Media Monitor on You Tube so you can see and hear officially approved commentary on Russian state television.

It's outrageous, it's preposterous, and these people are dead serious. They want to see a new Soviet Empire dominating the entire world.

It would be easy to dismiss these people as comic book villains absent the fact of their several ongoing wars of conquest and daily threats of nuclear attacks against anyone opposing them.

In any case go watch them for yourself. A recent video shows a panel of Russians calling Trump a fool for negotiating with them and I agree.

I would recommend you go look up Russian Media Monitor on You Tube so you can see and hear officially approved commentary on Russian state television.

It's outrageous, it's preposterous, and these people are dead serious. They want to see a new Soviet Empire dominating the entire world.

It would be easy to dismiss these people as comic book villains absent the fact of their several ongoing wars of conquest and daily threats of nuclear attacks against anyone opposing them.

In any case go watch them for yourself. A recent video shows a panel of Russians calling Trump a fool for negotiating with them and I agree.
