Early reports are that it was a Learjet, possibly a Mexican air ambulance?  Looks like a missile coming in, in the videos I've seen.

Edit: crash was near Roosevelt Mall, in Northeast Philadelphia.

Went on FlightAware. Appears to be a Learjet with a full tank of gas that was bound for Springfield Missouri. MedJet

Fox29 reporting the plane was a Learjet air ambulance registered in Mexico, had just taken off from Philadelphia airport, carrying two pilots, two doctors, a patient and family member (6 souls on board total).
