It all depends on the rifle. I had a Mini-14 that barked right proper, as loud as any .30 caliber rifle I own.

The salient point, especially comparing bullet cracks to muzzle sound (cause the bullet is faster, the sound arrives later, and the lag should be the same for every shot fired from the same rifle in the same place). Only they aren't.  That means more rifles. Check out the video. The analysis seems pretty tight to me.

That's right. I can buy into a lot of that vid. I said from the start that it sounds like 2 different guns.

However - In his analysis... You and me both know that the bullet that actually struck him was 20 cal. Ain't no way 30 cal made that hole... And even in 20 cal - Say a 7mm mag, which is what, a .243?? A big round like a 7mm mag would have blown his ear right off. So what struck him is consistent with a relatively low powered 20 cal... the .223 is the candidate. I was saying .223/.243/5.56 all the way along.

The interesting thing is that the vic in the upper left grandstand is supposed to be that same shot. Everybody says so.

But I think that poof is vapor trail from the exit wound... I don't think his supposition is right that it was a nick on the railing shattering the bullet. That looks like all vapor coming out of the exit wound. That ain't no .223 making all that spray. That's big iron. That's a 30 cal, maybe, or a very high powered 20 cal.

I don't know what to do with that.

But I DO agree. There are two different guns going off. I said I thought that was overwatch - Those first thee big, ordered shots... Then another three ordered shots... Then a final one. That's a different rifle than the one making the rat-a-tat fast ordered shots.

That's right.

The regime deliberately starved Trump of the security he needed because it wanted to create the conditions that would lead to an assassination while retaining a veneer of plausible deniability.

The Greatest Troll Ever by Trump But Not Many Understood It

BY JOE HYDE LIVE, JUL 19, 2024

MILWAUKEE, WI — At the end of former President and U.S. Presidential candidate Donald Trump's 90-minute acceptance speech, the sounds of opera opened with "Nessun Dorma" ("Let No One Sleep"), a majestic musical piece performed by tenor Christopher Maccio. This took place in Milwaukee's Fiserv Forum at the conclusion of the National Republican Convention early in the morning, around 12:10 a.m., after Trump's speech.

"Nessun Dorma" is an aria from the final act of Giacomo Puccini's opera "Turandot" and one of the most popular tenor arias in all of opera. The aria is sung by the character Calaf, il principe ignoto (the unknown prince), who falls in love at first sight with the beautiful but cold Princess Turandot. Any man who wishes to wed Turandot must first answer her three riddles. If he fails, he will be beheaded. In the aria, Calaf expresses his triumphant assurance that he will win the princess.

However, the aria also has a more sinister connotation beyond its original intention in the opera. It is featured in the 2002 film "The Sum of All Fears," based on Tom Clancy's 1991 novel. This political thriller, a sequel to "Clear and Present Danger" (1989), involves CIA Deputy Director Jack Ryan, who attempts to prevent a nuclear war between the U.S. and the Soviet Union circa 1985. Ryan faces entrenched bureaucrats from both sides and a missing nuclear warhead, which each side uses to further their agendas. At the end of the movie, Ryan is triumphant in preventing a nuclear holocaust, and "Nessun Dorma" plays. The camera shifts to various antagonists who meet their deaths by car bombs, throat slashing, and other means. Watch the end of "The Sum of All Fears" here.

People need to spend the rest of their lives in prison for what happened.

Must focus on individuals that make decisions, not organizations.

It has been a fallacy for some time to attack say, the DOJ or HHS rather than Garland, Mayorkas and their minions.

We will continue to have these problems otherwise.

The Dems know this.  It is why the likes of Navarro, Bannon and the hundreds of J6 have gone to jail, and guilty verdicts against Stone and Giuliani, in order to squash conservatives.

There are many who deserve jail time from Lerner to Hillary.

Attribute to Biden incompetence, but not his handlers.

COVER-UP: FBI Tries to Kick Out Senator Josh Hawley at Assassination Attempt Site Despite Having Local Security Operator’s Permission — “Get Out of Here. You Shouldn’t Be on the Site”

by Jim Hᴏft Jul. 20, 2024 12:40 pm

During an explosive interview with Sean Hannity, Missouri Senator Josh Hawley revealed shocking information about the recent assassination attempt on President Trump.

Allegations of incompetence, lack of coordination, and a gross disregard for security protocols have been leveled against the Secret Service and other federal agencies involved in protecting the President.

Sean Hannity: Tell us what these whistleblowers are telling you that is most alarming to you.

Josh Hawley: Well, one thing is that most of the detail assigned to Trump that day, into that rally, were not Secret Service. Most of them were from other federal agencies, including Homeland Security. And, Sean, they weren’t prepared.

They didn’t know what the procedures were. They did not have the site locked down. They were not adequately patrolling the perimeter. As you just said a moment ago, they were leaving huge gaps.

Whistleblowers also tell us that they were allowing people to come into the grounds who weren’t checked. They weren’t monitoring who was getting up around the stage. I mean, it’s unbelievable, Sean.

And you can hear multiple cracks from a bullet, if it flies by close to an object. As a kid, I'd shoot my .22 in the country down the line of telephone poles and hear all the cracks as it passed by each pole. That .22 had a 26 in bbl. I got to compare it's loudness, shooting subsonic ammo, with a neighbor's silenced 22 he built to sell to cities pest control riflemen. My 22 was quieter than his silenced rifles.

Why the heck is the ATF involved in this?
Maria Bartiromo says a mystery man in a gray suit climbed on top of the structure where Crooks had shot from to apparently confirm Crooks’ death, told police to send the photos to the ATF.

Supposedly the investigation into Trump's attempted assassination is their top priority. *****rollingeyes*****

The Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives said it was assisting FBI and other federal law enforcement, calling it a “top priority” but noting it could offer no further comment.

Even after this one out of three Democrats believe that Trump staged his own assassination attempt. This is the state of the Democrat Party.

It was an intentional security stand down - With an understanding that there would be a shooter, and that they should not intervene until after the attempted assassination has taken place.

I’ve seen all I need to at this point.

Excerpt:

This morning, Senator Ron Johnson went on Maria Bartiromo’s show and said he has learned that right after Thomas Matthew Crooks was shot and killed, a guy in a grey suit climbed up the ladder and onto the roof where the shooter’s dead body was and started asking the local law enforcement to send pictures of Crooks’s dead body to him.

Maria Bartiromo later confirmed a mystery man in a gray suit climbed on top of the structure where Crooks had shot from to apparently confirm Crooks’ de*th, told police to send the photos to the ATF.

Sen. Ron Johnson Drops Bombshell Preliminary Findings in Investigation into Attempted Assassination of President Trump — Here are the Details
by Jim Hᴏft Jul. 21, 2024 2:40 pm

On Sunday, after his explosive interview with Maria Bartiromo, Rep. Ron Johnson (R-WI) released his 13-page preliminary findings on the investigation into the attempted assassination of President Trump.

Senator Ron Johnson, responding to the alarming circumstances surrounding the attack, has taken immediate action by reaching out to key federal officials, including Attorney General Merrick Garland, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, and FBI Director Christopher Wray.

In his letter, Johnson demanded the preservation of all records related to the security of the rally, background information on the alleged gunman, and communications between law enforcement agencies, including the Secret Service, from July 11 to July 14, 2024.

“The lack of transparency from federal entities regarding this assassination attempt is unacceptable,” according to the summary of the preliminary investigation. “Congress and the public deserve a full explanation and complete answers to all questions regarding the failure of security at the Butler rally.”

According to local law enforcement, the Secret Service initially had no plans to deploy snipers to the rally.
Below are the key findings, according to the investigation:
