Is this a joke...does Khanna realize what he is saying?

Biden Surrogate Khanna: Biden’s Advisers Shouldn’t Have Agreed to 9:00 P.M. Debate, He’s ‘Much Better in the Day’

On Friday’s broadcast of NewsNation’s “Cuomo,” Biden Surrogate Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) stated that President Joe Biden clearly didn’t have a good performance in Thursday night’s debate and he doesn’t know what President Joe Biden’s “advisers were thinking, having a 9:00 p.m. debate. There are probably not many people who are in their 70s and 80s around him, but he does much better in the day.”

Uh, no.  We've seen too many videos of Joe in the broad daylight.
For unvaccinated, we are looking at a winter of severe illness and death — if you’re unvaccinated — for themselves, their families, and the hospitals they’ll soon overwhelm. Sloe Joe Biteme 12/16
I will NOT comply.

Pretty sure it was broad daylight when he tripped over a sandbag (whatever) or toppled over on his bike.

I got to say Trump did good.

No, John Kelly Did NOT Corroborate The Atlantic’s 2020 Hit Piece on Trump

MATT MARGOLIS  |  10:33 AM ON JUNE 29, 2024

It was hardly a surprise that Joe Biden told many lies during the presidential debate on Thursday evening. One lie in particular that I knew was coming is the lie that Biden has been leaning on for four years now: the anonymous claim reported by The Atlantic in September 2020 that Trump didn’t want to visit the Aisne-Marne American Cemetery near Paris in 2018 because the troops there who died in battle were “losers” and “suckers."

The article was quickly debunked after it was first published, and Jeffrey Goldberg, editor-in-chief of The Atlantic, even admitted the story may have been wrong and that subsequent reports that the trip to the cemetery was canceled due to weather were likely true. In fact, weather reports confirmed that Trump’s visit to the cemetery was, indeed, canceled due to weather.

But, just because a story is debunked for years doesn’t mean Joe Biden won’t keep repeating it, and he, of course, did so during the debate.

"I was recently in – in – in France for D-Day, and I spoke to all – about those heroes that died. I went to the World War II cemetery – World War I cemetery he refused to go to. He was standing with his four-star general, and he told him – he said, I don’t want to go in there because they’re a bunch of losers and suckers,” Biden claimed. "My son was not a loser. He was not a sucker. You’re the sucker. You’re the loser."

Trump responded by pointing out that the quote was made up. In fact, over twenty witnesses with President Trump on that trip to Paris went on the record to dispute the story, including John Bolton, who is no fan of Trump.

But Biden kept pushing the fake story.  .  .  .

They did indeed.  Trump played by their rules and he still stomped all over Brandon.

I have to admit, I was quite surprised that Trump was able to retain his composure, in spite of an evil old fool calling him stupid.

Biden reportedly humiliated by debate performance, lacks confidence: 'It's a mess'
One person close to Biden told NBC, 'it's a mess'
 By Hanna Panreck Fox News
Published June 30, 2024 9:55am EDT

President Biden was reportedly humiliated by his debate performance on Thursday and was "devoid of confidence," according to reports.

"It's a mess," a person familiar with the president's mood after the debate told NBC News.

The outlet reported several prominent Democrats expressed concern in private over Biden's chances of beating Donald Trump in November following his debate performance. However, they remain steadfast in their support for Biden in public.

"The only person who has ultimate influence with him is the first lady," another person told the outlet. "If she decides there should be a change of course, there will be a change of course."

The Philadelphia Inquirer calls on Donald Trump to drop out after debate performance

The Philadelphia Inquirer editorial board called on former President Trump to bow out of the race following his debate with President Biden, citing a "bombastic litany of lies."

"The debate about the debate is misplaced. The only person who should withdraw from the race is Trump," the editorial board wrote on Saturday.

Biden's debate performance sparked panic from members of the media, in addition to some members of the Democratic Party, as several media outlets have suggested he withdraw from the race. The Inquirer acknowledged that Biden's showing at the debate was a "disaster," but argued Trump was the one who should step down.

"The debate served as a reminder of what another four years of Trump would look like. More lies, grievance, narcissism, and hate. Supporters say they like Trump because he says whatever he thinks. But he mainly spews raw sewage," the Inquirer wrote.........

Replacing him has to have been in the works for a while. They have a plan. They moved the debate up so they had enough time to replace him before the convention. In addition, essentially all the talking heads were saying he failed and they need someone else mid debate. That doesn't happen without having all those ducks lined up prior. None of them would have gone out on a limb like that by themselves. So the real question is, who do they have lined up for it?

I don't think it can be a governor or anyone without national name recognition. They have to have an already established highly favorable rating. They can short circuit the vetting process due to having little time left. The talk will be how this new person has been drafted to "save democracy" followed by the Hollywood style productions of how wonderful they are - all already in the works...

Beck is right. We should be outraged. Outraged at the Dems. Furious at the media. Down right pissed off at everyone who gave us this mess and who tried to perpetuate the charade.

Outraged and afraid.  He asks a good question.  Do we want to continue to give Joe the power to have his finger on the 'button'?? He is a national security risk and he has put our country in peril.

Many are claiming that Harris won't be his replacement. What about adherence to the Constitution and then wouldn't she also have the right to name her VP or am I missing something here?

I believe that Lara Trump is correct; replacing Biden with anyone other than Kamala Harris would violate the 'democratic process'.
