I have a question for you legal eagles out there.

Are legal documents signed by a mentally deficient persons valid?
"I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo.

Report: Joe Biden’s Close Aides Hid Him from Others Inside the White House

Some White House aides were shocked at President Joe Biden’s poor debate performance because his close aides have effectively shielded him from them since the beginning of the presidency, according to a report.

The Axios report said, “Biden’s behavior stunned many in the White House in part because Biden’s closest aides — often led by Jill Biden’s top aide, Anthony Bernal, and deputy chief of staff Annie Tomasini — took steps early in his term to essentially rope off the president.”

And there’s the rub. How do they subvert state election laws and make it look okay?  A Constitutional crisis of epic proportion is in the offing. And I have no confidence in the Republican Party to stand up as they should.

Folks,
Aside from the enjoyment of the current Democrat implosion we are truly witnessing something "monumental" that is occurring on the political landscape.

The Democrats AND their MSM allies are conducting a "soft coup" on Biden in the open.
Imagine what they are doing behind closed doors.

At the same time their attempts to weaponize the DOJ/ Intel/ and all government entities to put party politics above national interests are being exposed - although not without pain for Donald Trump an his family and business associates.

While all that is happening the Supreme Court is dismantling the Deep State - the Chevron decision is HUGE , every bit as huge as the Roe.V Wade decision in terms of national impact.
We could really be on the verge of restoring America - and it may take decades - just like the deterioration took decades to bring us to this point.
I keep hearing Rush's voice saying it is "never time to panic" because we can "never give up on America."
Today that optimism Rush gave this nation is paying dividends.
God Bless You ALL.

I have a real problem w people including prominent ones I know diagnosing @JoeBiden
on social media as having dementia; that said IF he is really suffering from significant mental decline and it’s being covered up by his wife his staff and the Dem Party in general it’s one of the biggest presidential scandals ever as big or bigger than Watergate given what’s at stake

Biden is the rightful nominee, it's who the people, at least the Democrat ones, wanted. The time to choose someone different was in the primary.

Yep...can they pick a candidate at the convention one that was not in the primaries?

Yes, so rightfully, Joe steps down, Kamel takes the presidency and she also can name her VP -- this is where I see Big Mike entering the picture OR -- she may be paid a visit and told she needs to step down as well.

I don't know what the DNC rules are regarding their ability or rule changes to insert someone else.

I'm not sure how this is going to play out, but it is looking like those that voted in the primary are not going to get their choice.

Then there's RFK .... though I don't believe he has been able to qualify to be on the ballot in all 50 states.

Need I remind anyone that the Republicans changed the rules right in the middle of the convention in 2016 to prevent a Ted Cruz nomination?
Rules for the upcoming Democrat convention will be adopted AT THAT CONVENTION as were those at the 2016 Republican convention and THOSE rules were changed again AFTER they were adopted.

The deadline has passed for a new candidate to be on the Presidential ballot in 16 states in 2024, including three swing states.

The only way they could add someone new is if the original candidate dies.

What will the Democrats do?

That's easy. They'll do what they always do. Change rules and ignore the law. They did just that in 2020 and paid no price for it.

Biden's family probably figures the only thing between them and prison is Joe being President.

So a hail Mary on this election is all they have so they can't abandon it.

That is, unless the Democrat powers that be tell them they'll go down if they don't step aside and their only hope is a Democrat who can win wins the Presidency.
