I get Lake and her desire, but her approach drives off others who don't like the raucus stupidity.  Shes not winning anyone (and neither is Trump) who isn't "all in".  Presently, I am pissed at Trump over Vance, but that is a different story.  My desires to protect the court have been and continue to be my primary driver.

I have not heard of any issues with this election other than, once again, we can't frigging count votes fast enough.  This is stupid.  Maybe there is news out there, but I have not heard it.

What I do know is that Lake recorded DeWitt and screwed him over.  Like him or not, she was dead wrong on that one.  And she only further lost support.

I don't know Lake personally (she does not meet people in the rural counties), but I do know what Robson-Taylor is all about.  And DeWit was probably the worst thing to happen to AZGOP since Fallon.  Swaboda is no better than DeWit.

I say Lake is likely to lose because she takes a lot of us as fools who will vote for her because she has a (R) after her name.  Want my vote?  Ask me for it.

Lake needs to get on the issues and get on them fast.

She's got a lot of opposition. 

Trump needs to get on the issues too.

While I would not trust either of them personally, the people they are opposing are absolute scum.

The Arizona GOP does not seem all that strong.

Mark Lamb was late to the game.

A great candidate (and probably the reason the "east coasters" wanted her to step aside) but not a lot of money when it counted. 

We need to get him ready to take on Mark Kelly.

If Lake loses, she needs to disappear from the political landscape.

She's not campaigning well.  I have yet to seen any ads for her out here in the sticks, but I am seeing a lot of them for Gallego, and like in '22, she's allowing him to define her.  She is still using the tactics from '22, and getting even worse results.

Kari Lake surging in Arizona Senate race less than one week before election

Arizona U.S. Senate candidate Kari Lake is leading Rep. Ruben Gallego, D-Ariz., with less than one week to go before Election Day, according to new polling data.

The latest Data Orbital polling data Lake with 45.2%, Gallego with 44.5%, Eduardo Quintana, the Green Party candidate, with 1.6% and 5.8% undecided. According the results, 2.8% declined to specify who they were supporting.

"The momentum is with President Trump and Kari Lake, and with record Republican early voting numbers, we are confident that Arizonans will deliver both Trump and Lake a victory one week from today on November 5th," said the Lake campaign in response to the poll.

I agree.  She ran two lousy campaigns, and that's enough for me.  Dems didn't need to cheat this one.
