Can they make up their minds?  It looks like a stud to me, but sorry, I don't think there's a chic way to wear one.

That said, I felt sorry for her, sitting all alone in the church.  Charles was kind to look after her once the ceremony was over, though.

She had the misfortune of sitting on the "bride's side" .... and that was a party of one.

I can't recall what Fergie got when she and Andrew divorced. But by then Andrew was no longer in line to the throne.

That's Diana's aquamarine ring.

Yes ... some reports say the ring was Harry's wedding gift to Meghan @CatherineofAragon

I want this marriage to work because I like Harry, but am I the only one who thought she was a little too..."on" during the ceremony?  She was perfectly poised, but I don't mean that, really.  It seemed that every look, glance, movement was movie-perfect, down to the way she looked up at him when he drew back her veil.  Maybe it was just me, I don't know.  She's an actress, so I guess it's who she is.

She wanted everything to be perfect, and so did the royal family.  No doubt she had lots of practicing.

Maybe that's what it is..just being an actress....being too perfect, too sincere..every glance perfect

I too want the best for Harry and I hope this isn't all just a rouse on her part.

I was discussing this in the car with Mike on the way home telling him how there is something about it that I don't trust..he said *well kudos to her if she pulled this scam off*.........men!! 9999hair out0000

Thanks doesn't seem that long ago I stayed up for that one. Such a sucker for pomp and circumstance. They play the Queen's coronation movie at the Tower of London while you wait in line to see the Royal Jewels. Amazing. Wow. She was so young.

I'm going to bawl when she's gone.

Yes, I know as Americans we fought to not have royalty, but come on, there's something about the royal weddings......it just brings out the romantic in all of us.

And the hats.

When was the closest thing to a royal wedding America had? Tricia Nixon's wedding?

This is guesswork based on various quotes and reports I've read from time to time, but I think Harry took it the hardest when he lost his beloved Mom.  I think he was carrying a bit of a grievance over the way he thought she was treated by his father and by the Royals in general.

I'm not saying it was a conscious decision to get back at them by marrying this horrible woman but I think there was a tiny bit of retaliation that fueled the union.

Meghan will cause trouble for the Royals for years to come, but, unfortunately, Harry will suffer as well.  Still, he brought it on himself.
Against stupidity, the Gods themselves contend in vain.

The songbird supporter represents communication, and I think the duchess is in for a royal surprise when she discovers how much she’s going to have to keep her feminist mouth shut. The crown around the songbird’s neck, if you will.

Man pleads guilty in plot to attack Prince George's school
The Associated Press Published 2:57 p.m. ET May 31, 2018

LONDON  — An alleged Islamic State group supporter who encouraged attacks on 4-year-old Prince George of Cambridge admitted to a string of terror offenses Thursday, two weeks into his trial in London.

Husnain Rashid, who previously said he'd done nothing wrong, switched his plea to guilty on four counts of preparing terrorist acts and encouraging terrorism due to the "overwhelming weight of evidence," the Crown Prosecution Service said in a statement.

Rashid, 32, a former teacher at a mosque in northwestern England, was accused of using the Telegram messaging site to encourage "lone wolf" attacks and to provide advice on the use of bombs, chemicals and knives.

Somewhat of a big story...

Inés Zorreguieta, sister to Dutch Queen Maxima, dead at 33

June 7 (UPI) -- Inés Zorreguieta, the younger sister of Dutch Queen Maxima and a psychologist working for the Argentinian government, died Thursday, officials in the Netherlands announced. She was 33.

Zorreguieta was found dead in her apartment in Buenos Aires. A Dutch official told NOS TV it appeared that Zorreguieta killed herself.

"The sudden death of Queen Maxima's sister comes as a big shock. It is intensely sad and heartbreaking news that can hardly be comprehended for those who stay behind," Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte said.

Read more at: https://www.upi.com/Top_News/World-News/2018/06/07/Ins-Zorreguieta-sister-to-Dutch-Queen-Maxima-dead-at-33/9051528396182/

Too bad, with that assisted suicide and all that, especially in Holland and Belgium, it makes me wonder. Yes, she probably suffered from depression.  Rest in peace, very sad.

She must be Argentine but a part of the Dutch Royal family, for however that worked out.

So all the attention is on her...

She’s a new bride.  Seems to me she’s entitled for at least a short while.

Sadly, most of the Windsors (the blood relatives) never were very attractive.

I really like this show, but how incredibly badly was the  "visual" main role miscast here.  This woman is gorgeous..Vickie?  Not so much.

I display the Confederate Battle Flag in honor of my great great great grandfathers who spilled blood at Wilson's Creek and Shiloh.  5 others served in the WBTS with honor too.

I was wrong that there couldn't be another royal uglier than Queen Victoria.

That's Princess Ann, the Princess Royal, Elizabeth's only daughter. Whoops. Anne
