One hundred dollars says he will not be found guilty. Anyone care to wager?

AK, guilty verdicts usually don't take so long.  One or two holdouts is all that's needed. 
Plus, many citizens are tired of criminals having their way. Penny stood up, like a man.

Even if Penny gets off Bragg's 'get the White devils' justice system, the damage is already done.
Now after this episode of Bragg's judicial circus, no one will ever stand up to stop a killing ever again.

The Daniel Penny jury is deadlocked. They obviously want to acquire but are afraid of the violent rioters who are showing up to intimate them. This is now a federal civil rights issue. DOJ must review this case on Day 1.

 Jordan Neely’s father sues Daniel Penny as NYC jury deliberates verdict for subway chokehold death

Jordan Neely’s father is suing Daniel Penny over his son’s chokehold death on a New York City subway car as the jury still deliberates whether or not to convict Penny of manslaughter.

The suit, filed in New York Supreme Court on Wednesday, accuses the Long Island Marine veteran of negligent contact, assault and battery that caused injuries and Neely’s death last year.

Neely’s father, Andre Zachary, “demands judgment awarding damages in a sum which exceeds the jurisdictional limits of all lower Courts which would otherwise have jurisdiction,” according to the lawsuit.
It was filed Wednesday as jurors in Penny’s four-week-long Manhattan trial broke for a second time without reaching a verdict.

Last night on Hannity Alan Dershowitz was surprised this verdict wasn't reached right away..says he fears a guilty verdict....now Turley on Fox said there should have been an acquittal right away..it is taking too long.. :shrug:

It is an embarrassment that New Yorkers haven’t been rallying en masse to support Daniel Penny. Instead most of the protesters outside the courthouse have been calling for his conviction. Obviously the charges never should have been brought.  If he gets convicted, it will accelerate the flight of productive citizens to other places.  And if this legal abuse continues, I think you are going to find other jurisdictions refusing to extradite residents to New York.

Be careful... They may drop the first charge so that they can continue with the lesser charges instead of getting a hung jury and a mistrial for all of it.

The jury sent thejudge a note:

"We the jury request further clarification in the determination of whether a person reasonably believes physical force to be necessary. The two part test mentions reasonable person. We'd like to better understand the term 'reasonable person.'"

An honest judge would have to reply, "Not a Democrat."
