Former Marine Daniel Penny was found guilty of manslaughter in a New York City courtroom.  He should never have been convicted, but you can be sure that he will be pardoned by President Trump if the filthy prosecutors of NYC press on.

With that testimony, the defense should have asked for the case to be dismissed.  If this ends up like the George Floyd case, then justice does not exist in the USA.  Floyd died of an overdose, and not the knee on his neck.  Bad optics convicted that police officer, not facts.

Penny is found guilty, you can forget about anyone coming to your aid if attacked.  You will be completely on your own, and self defense will no longer be a defense in lunatic, liberal blue bastions of corruption.

Two months ago, I watched a video of a woman who said to a man in his twenties hopping over the turnstile in a New York City subway, "That's not how we do things in New York."    He followed her as she got on to the escalator, ran up past her, turned around, put his hands on the rails, and kicked her backwards down the escalator with both of his feet.  Well down the moving stairs was another man, who instead of catching the poor tumbling woman, simply moved aside and let her continue to bounce to the bottom.

The Kitty Genovese Syndrome is alive and well in Blue NYC.  (Look it up if you are unfamiliar.)
