Did the Loudoun County school board try to hush up a sexual assault and allow the victim’s father to be cast as a sort of domestic terrorist? The Daily Wire reported last night on this horrifying story from Virginia, in which a father’s angry criticism of the school board went viral, but for all the wrong reasons. At the heart of Scott Smith’s rage was a grotesque sexual assault on his daughter, facilitated at least in part because of politically correct bathroom access:

On June 22, Scott Smith was arrested at a Loudoun County, Virginia, school board meeting, a meeting that was ultimately deemed an “unlawful assembly” after many attendees vocally opposed a policy on transgender students.

What people did not know is that weeks prior on May 28, Smith says, a boy allegedly wearing a skirt entered a girls’ bathroom at nearby Stone Bridge High School, where he sexually assaulted Smith’s ninth-grade daughter.

Juvenile records are sealed, but Smith’s attorney Elizabeth Lancaster told The Daily Wire that a boy was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forcible fellatio, related to an incident that day at that school.

Not only did the school board cover up the assault, they and local prosecutors tried covering up another school assault that may have been by the same perp — who was supposed to be on home detention pending trial. The police only got involved in his daughter’s assault, Smith told Rosiak, because the school called the police on him after he went ballistic that the school wasn’t calling the police for the sexual assault on his daughter.

The victims of this assailant have one hell of a lawsuit here.  Not only did Loudoun County Schools protect him by not reporting this incident to the police as they are legally obligated to do, they placed the perp into another school where he proceeded to do it to some other girl.

And then they arrest and impugn the girl's father after one school official claimed this man's daughter was lying about the attack.

On May 28, Stone Bridge High School called Smith to come to the school, where they told him that his 15-year-old daughter had just been in a physical altercation in a bathroom with a male, Smith says. When he arrived, he determined that what had happened was not a case of his daughter being beaten up – it was far more serious.

The school said it was handling the incident in-house. Smith was dumbfounded.
Deputies from the sheriff’s office ultimately responded to the school – not to investigate the alleged rape of a child – Smith said, but because school administrators called them on him for making a scene about it.

Smith acknowledges he did make a scene and says any father would have done the same in the situation. “I went nuts. I called the principal a p—-,” he said. “Six cop cars showed up like a f—ing SWAT team” to respond to the school’s complaint about an assertive parent, he said.

Scott Smith, a small business owner in Virginia, was smeared by the National School Boards Association last month in its letter begging President Joe Biden and his administration to use domestic terrorism laws to punish parents who were fed up with the radical indoctrination of their children in schools. In the letter, the NSBA used Smith’s viral June 22 arrest at a Loudoun County school board meeting to justify extreme action from federal law enforcement.

“As these acts of malice, violence, and threats against public school officials have increased, the classification of these heinous actions could be the equivalent to a form of domestic terrorism and hate crimes,” the letter said.

Parents Come out in Force: Demand Loudoun County School Superintendent Resign for Alleged Rape Cover-Up

More than 60 concerned parents, students and residents came out last night at the Loudoun School Board meeting to voice their anger at the disgusting story alleging a school cover-up of alleged sexual assaults by a transgender boy.

As we previously reported, a boy wearing a skirt allegedly committed a sexual assault against a ninth grade girl in May in a bathroom at the school. The charges are horrifying including anal and forcible sodomy. Then the school superintendent at a June 22 board meeting denied that such a “predator transgender student” existed and said they had no record of any such assaults despite the fact the sexual assault had been reported to the police. “We don’t have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms,” he said.

This enraged the father who was at that meeting and who had also reportedly been given a no trespassing order to keep him from telling what happened. Then, an activist claimed his daughter wasn’t telling the truth and a scuffle broke out during which time the father was thrown to the floor and arrested. The father said he tried to pull his arm back after an officer grabbed it and you can see that’s true on the video.

Loudoun is about evenly split between Conservatives and communists.  But one the communists were able to win an election, they immediately took over everything and consolidated their power.  Any Republican still holding any office saw his/her powers stripped away.  Communists' only goal is to seize power and then abuse that power.

The simplest way to return Loudoun (and even Fairfax) counties back into the Conservative fold is to balance the federal government.  The vast majority of the Marylanders living there would find themselves unemployed.
