Both DeKalb and Cobb Counties have now all reported and Ossoff ran 1.5% ahead of Clinton in each. If it holds, he'll finish just over 48%

Cobb is now all in, along with DeKalb. Ossoff at 50.3%.  All comes down to Fulton.  Was 48.9% Trump, 46.4% Clinton in '16.
