Your calling me names doesn't change that your post was highly inaccurate, and that your criticisms are invalid.

But it is curious that you consider me "mean spirited" (which I'm not), and yet you are here as a missionary for the nastiest guy to run for President since LBJ (same party, btw).

How do you reconcile your support of a vulgar narcissist with your inability to handle any criticism, no matter how mild mannered it is?

What is curious is how you have allowed your hate for Trump to consume you.  I'm not calling you names, or trying to hurt your feelings, like you did. I was just expressing my honest opinion, so take it however you wish.

I can certainly handle criticism or I wouldn't be on this site. There are lots of other sites where I could avoid disagreement.

Apparently....to the Trump camp....it is now "mean-spirited" to refuse to support or vote for Trump.  Meanwhile....those that continue to harass, name-call, insult and goad the #nevertrumpers are supposedly the "salt of the earth" and almost saintly-like posters.   :silly:

The irony and hypocrisy are boundless, are they not?

Well, they can throw fits and argue and beg and plead and anything else they have in mind, but my vote is my own.

What's interesting to me, even after tonight, is that they still are trying to get us to vote for Trump.  And why?

It's like Steve Deace said...they can't afford to lose any reliable GOP voters.  Despite their bluster, they know it.
Who is going to shuck the corn and pick the cotton when the Conservatives leave the GOP plantation?

Those who begrudgingly vote for Trump, because they felt that was all they had left, will have to come to grips with their vote, regardless of outcome. May they barely notice their chains.

I, for one, am done being a 'vote the GOP can count on' because 'there is no place else for me to go'--the condescending attitude of the GOP for a couple of decades, now.

Well, there is a shining city over the hill, (some assembly required, batteries not included), and I'm headed that way. Free at last...free at last.

Yes they are. And many of the establishment has said they will vote for Hillary. And yet, people here (the circle jerks), insist that the republican establishment are conservatives.

Horseshitte.   Everyone I've read on this board understands that the Republican establishment holds Conservatives in contempt and that they are part and parcel of  the ruling class oligarchy of big government statists that your prince himself has funded.

We 'circle jerks' oppose your anointed on Conservative principles that he has no fruits of possessing or advocating beyond sounds bites for consumption that he changes his mind about after a few hours.

My feeling is Cruz will also vote for Trump, but not announce it.
If he follows his own advice and "votes his conscience" what choice does he have to allow Hillery a chance to win?
Just my opinion.
BTW, I am a Cruz supporter, and will vote to send him back to the senate in 2018.

I am a Cruz supporter also.

Here is an interesting article by Laura Ingraham on "Taking Ted Cruz Seriously - What does 'vote your conscience' mean for conservatives?"

I won't be here after the election and vote.

If Hillary wins - I will be busy, BLOAT! (It won't be long before she won't let you buy.)

If Trump wins, I won't be here to GLOAT. (I don't want to hang around while everyone looks at every speck in his eye.)

Ah, no.  No I do not think that will happen.  Cruz is not stupid or someone who does not know how to reject abuse.  Anyway, Trump doesn't need or want his vote.  Remember?
I admit, just an opinion.
I have no real facts to back it up.

I don't think it would make him "stupid" to do so.
However, it would make him look like "someone who does not know how to reject abuse".
I would agree with you on that point, since he hasn't been that guy so far.

I just wonder who he will actually pull the lever for, if anyone.
I don't think he'll ever say, which is a fair an honorable thing to do.
Our votes are private matters.
Allowing others to know what they are, is really up to us.

Hey, DC, I admire your finesse here. At this point in the general election you're practicing more restraint than I could ever muster with these wayward "folks." (translation #%*%)

Personally I think it's time we principled conservatives enter the post-Labor Day attitude realignment phase of this race.   :smokin:

Now stay tuned for this brief commercial announcement ....

No!!

When you can approach an adversary like @Once-Ler ....., like @massadvj , like @MACVSOG68 and @Lando Lincoln...er, wait, they're not here anymore.

They have the maturity in initiating and carrying on a debate of differences.

Before you got here, there were several anchor members here that told us straight out where they stood regarding Trump.

We know how to agree to disagree.   We all have Silver Stars and Purple Hearts from forum wars of past.

But this latest group??

...not so much.

And that horse's rump named Trump is the ONLY thing standing between us and the savage Left bent on destroying "The Greatest Experiment".

My admiration grows for you with every one of these posts. Brilliant!

IOW....I kept my eye on the donut and not the hole.

The donut vs the hole - thats exactly why I supported the only constitutional conservative in the race. And why it will be so difficult for me to support the carnival barker who slandered him.

Apparently refusing to vote for the Republican's democrat or the Democrat's democrat makes you a Democrat.

I don't get it.
Okay, one more time. Now, listen up, y'heah?

If you don't vote for Trump, that's a vote for Hillary.
If you don't vote for Hillary, that's a vote for Trump.
By that logic, If you don't vote for either one, that'd have to be a vote for both of them.

Now, me, I'm voting for the Constitution Party Candidate,

So, That's one vote for Castle, one for Trump because I didn't vote for Hillary, and one for Hillary, because I didn't vote for Trump.

See how easy that is?
