Is that the Bill O'Reilly book Killing Lincoln?  I know it is in the process of being made into a movie.

Thanks so much!  You are a magician!

Well, I am good at making things disappear - like the last of the ice-cream (I'm currently in the doggie house for that one!).

Yikes!  Too much like Rolls Royce.

This is kind of a rude second post but how do I make the contribute to Romney thing go away?

Here is the link to download Firefox.

When the prompt comes up asking if you want Firefox to be your default browser, you can click "NO".

This way, you can experiment with it.  It will automatically put an icon on your desktop screen.

Explorer sucks the big one.   Firefox rulz!

Something isn't pulling the images properly.  Let me know what theme you're using and I'll see if I can figure out what icons are missing.

Cut and Paste ... Spellin g
« Reply #275 on: December 10, 2012, 02:57:32 pm »
Cut and paste

I can copy and paste to other forums.  It is simple, just highlight the phrase then and select copy.

Move to the forum, right mouse and select paste.

My mouse right click does not show the option to paste.

Spelling

On other forums it is indicated in the text box when words are not recognized.  If I highlight them there are often suggestions for spelling.  It is easy to select them and the spelling is corrected.

Somehow that does not work either on this forum.

Is there some setup that I need to go through to get both of these to work?

An obvious error in this case would be welcome.

Thanks,
Al

 Help!!!

Since (at least) yesterday, I have had to log in each time I visit the site (TBR's cookies are not working for me). This is not the case for other identity-enabled sites that I have visited, all of which seem to maintain my information.

I'm running Windows 7 SP1, Firefox 26.0, with a NoScript add-on, but with TBR officially "white-listed" and cookie-enabled.
I will check the functionality on my other (notebook) computer and on my smart phone, and let you know if I am experiencing the same problem on those as well.

Thanks!

Yes, I am using the "forever" log-in, as I have for a couple of years now. Suddenly doesn't work...

Andy - can I suggest grabbing CCleaner and using it? It fixes a lot of pesky problems like this. You will however, have to log back in to all sites after using it - it scrubs everything.

Andy - can I suggest grabbing CCleaner and using it? It fixes a lot of pesky problems like this. You will however, have to log back in to all sites after using it - it scrubs everything.

In settings you can pick the sites you don't want scrubbed....I keep my bank, Tricare etc sites off the clean cookie settings so I don't have to keep logging in..

Although this won't help your phone or notebook....if your browser is FF try clearing you cookies there log out..then restart...log back into TBR and see if that works....

Thanks for the responses, guys.

During lunch (how suddenly nice it is to have a scheduled day off after not working for six months!!) I deleted the TBR cookies in each affected device and re-logged on.

Problem solved!!  0052

Odd though, that it happened on all my internet devices. Whatever - it's all good now!

Thanks again for the assistance!
