I though he was in a rehab facility receiving PT?? 

At any rate, it is past time for him to step down.  I think it is unlikely, that he'll return to the Senate to vote.  Just my opinion.

We need some sort of term limits on Congressmen and Supreme Court justices and other political figures.  I doubt that they are going to vote themselves out of a job or their seats.

However, "age limits" for holding office MIGHT be achievable by Constitutional amendment, IF the amendment also specifies that such limits will not apply to any Senator, Congressman, President, Vice President or federal judge or Justice (of the Supreme Court) holding office at the time of enactment.

I dunno about an age limit. I would hope to have old, wise men (or women) to populate that body.

I don't care if they are 90. hale and hearty, and sharp as a tack.

It's the 100 mile stare, and poopin themselves that ought to be levered out.

I know people in their mid-90s who are much sharper than Joe Biden was in his 70s (and probably in his 60s). I know it will never happen, but I'd love to see term limits - no more than two terms in the Senate and six in the House, for a total of 12 years. That's long enough.
