You'll be seeing a lot more of them in the near future. The barrel extension for my Weber was the big game changer. Also I picked up a VORTEX to use for basically turning the inside of my Weber Kettle into a convection oven. I will be using that later today to smoke 60 chicken wings. It takes 40 minutes total. I'll probably do another video in a couple of weeks when I use the barrel extension to smoke 4 racks of ribs using the pork lard butcher paper method which works perfectly every time in contrast to the 3-2-1 method which is hit and miss. Tomorrow I will be hanging two pincanhas inside the barrel extension for smoking and then reverse searing them on the VORTEX attachment.
