The problem is that it seems that Iran has alot of these small kamikazi assets that don't seem to take much support to operate and use. Which means we are going to have to nearly shut them down completely to avoid high value petroleum infrastructure from being hit, because even a small radical core can create alot of damage and bog up the strait of Hormuz.

Makes sense. While destroyed storage is debilitating (loss of product), it is relatively easy to rebuild. The refinery is harder, takes longer, and is much more expensive. This preserves the critical infrastructure while disabling it by destroying the capacity to store feedstock or products. That alone can stop refining, but the refinery will still be intact for the new government, and recovery time reduced substantially.

The same tactics that helped the Regime seize power, are now being used to stay in power.

And Western liberals who have no idea how evil the Islamic Regime truly is are falling for it.

An NYPD officer and decorated Army veteran tragically died from a medical episode while deployed in Kuwait with the National Guard supporting Operation Epic Fury.

Sorffly Davius, a major in the US Army National Guard, suffered the fatal health crisis at Camp Buehring in Kuwait’s northwest desert region while serving with the 42nd Infantry Division, the NYPD announced Saturday night.

“Today, our city mourns the loss of Police Officer Sorffly Davius, who passed away on Friday following a medical episode while deployed in Kuwait with the 42nd Infantry Division of the US Army National Guard,” Mayor Zohran Mamdani and Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch said in a joint statement.

“Officer Davius devoted his life to public service — rising to the rank of Major in the US Army National Guard and joining the NYPD in 2014, when he was assigned to the 79th Precinct. His career was defined by service — to his country and to New York City.”
