Nope. No chance with a low tunnel here... Maybe chard and kale... Maybe preserve root veggies in the ground, but not grow em. Makes for an easy harvest I guess, though you're likely fighting snow. Trying to keep em cleaned off before the snow collapses em... But sooner or later, you'll miss, and the whole works will be flat on the ground under 2 ft of snow when you wake up in the morning. But it is sure cool that you can get it done. That particular unicorn has evaded me.

Yup, me too. I don't get it. Same taste, pretty much, as a cabbage. The only thing I don't like about brussel sprouts is their tendency to hold dirt. You'd better clean em right, or you'll get a sandy surprise.
