Other thing from one of my email friends is that some 13-15 people have been killed in St. Petersburg from Russian anti-aircraft activity. Russian troops are shooting at drones without thinking about what the backstop for their fire is or where their spent rounds will land.

The Russians are using a lot of explosive rounds that detonate on impact with apartment buildings, buses, parking lots, and etc.

This is very likely part of why the internet in St. Petersburg has been shut off, to prevent Russians from discussing this.
