Good luck with that. SpaceX is way behind with 5-7 years more work before it can get a man-rated lander to the Moon; this requires StarShip v3 to pass a preliminary design review after it PERFECTS refueling in space for starters - v3 has not even flown yet. Bezos' New Glenn lander & Artemis 3 would be a better or let's say quicker way to get to the Moon.

Remember, this is not a repeat of Apollo's take some pictures, leave a footprint, collect samples and go home. This is a colonization effort on the roughest terrain on the Moon: the lunar South Pole. Starship in any configuration will have to land on a fairly level surface, or being top heavy, tip over. That means a pad will have to be constructed. Who by and how will that be done before 2028, 2 years from now?

Partially, then the House will cancel it after the GOP loses the the House in 2026. The Chinese will then have a free hand to colonize and militarize the Lunar South Pole. Perhaps, if SpaceX goes public in 2026, they will generate enough money to get to Mars before the Chinese. But that will depend on the FAA and the EPA granting permits to launch - likely they will make SpaceX jump through many unnecessary hoops because of Musk's involvement with the evil Trump.
