Yep we watched all of the landing on TV. One landing I was in a remote Mexican village - every one there was enthralled and glued to the village TV. Everyone was filled with Hope - capital.

That's what I was thinking as we watched a documentary on the Science Channel the other night about all the training and engineering that went into the Apollo missions. If the Q Anon nuts are right about the fakery, that's thousands of NASA employees, contractors, astronauts, military personnel, not to mention the moviemaking people, and all their families ... all keeping the secret safe and secure for decades. Amazing.

In high school I got to do a science class trip to Ely, Nevada and we saw the stars and saw the teacher bounce a laser off a reflector the astronauts put on the moon. Literally proving that people have been there.
