I've seen it -- good movie -- and who knows, right??
Live in  harmony with one another; do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly, do not claim to be wiser than you are.  Do not repay anyone evil for evil, but take thought for what is noble in the sight of all.  If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.

You don’t become cooler with age but you do care progressively less about being cool, which is the only true way to actually be cool.

So all those people we saw in real time boarding the Apollo craft and the subsequent lift off was all done in a Hollywood studio. Sure right.  The guy that does Why Files talks to a cartoon fish in a bowl - he's of his rocker, needs to go back to taking his meds regularly. Or be institutionalized ...

No disrespect here.  You're a smart man.

Be honest with us here.  You didn't watch the entire video...if even at all.

Was the fake moon landing a Kennedy plot to distract the nation from Chappaquiddick?

Yep we watched all of the landing on TV. One landing I was in a remote Mexican village - every one there was enthralled and glued to the village TV. Everyone was filled with Hope - capital.

I seem to be a tad older than you.

If you think it was fake, then you have been duped by decades of propaganda from nut cases.

Conspiracies that require any three people to keep a secret are usually doomed. A conspiracy that would require many thousands of people to keep a secret is a laughable impossibility.
"If all men are created equal, that is final. If they are endowed with inalienable rights, that is final. If governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed, that is final. No advance, no progress can be made beyond these propositions. If anyone wishes to deny their truth or their soundness, the only direction in which he can proceed historically is not forward, but backward toward the time when there was no equality, no rights of the individual, no rule of the people."    -Calvin Coolidge

That's what I was thinking as we watched a documentary on the Science Channel the other night about all the training and engineering that went into the Apollo missions. If the Q Anon nuts are right about the fakery, that's thousands of NASA employees, contractors, astronauts, military personnel, not to mention the moviemaking people, and all their families ... all keeping the secret safe and secure for decades. Amazing.

Of course. And there was not just one, but six manned missions to the moon from 1969 to 1973, which directly or indirectly must have involved hundreds of thousands of people.

And you can see the stuff they left on the moon to this day...

The Soviet Union had the means, motive, and opportunity to debunk a hoax in real time and chose not to—because it wasn’t a hoax.

Modern Russian and Chinese lunar missions have independently confirmed physical evidence of the Apollo sites.

Chinese lunar probes (Chang’e series) have photographed Apollo landing sites from orbit (e.g., Chang’e-2 in 2010, Chang’e-5 T1 in 2014), showing tracks, landers, and footprints exactly where NASA said they would be.

So there's that.

To be fair, we're specifically talking about Neil Armstrong's "...one small step..." mission in July 1969.

The host speaks about the Russians being "1st" in every category at the time.
