Because this guy had not been to Washington in three decades and because the accusing girlfriend recanted her story of threat, the judge reviewing the TRO dismissed it.

However, this Montana victim still cannot get his firearms returned.

Too vague of descriptions... He asked "what question", the article does not elaborate ? Did he ask if an old Country album was still around or did he ask if she needed a transmitting device cut out of her body ? One is harmless, the other not so much.

Seems like the meat of the story is being hidden.
