At this point the store owner isn't facing any charges, and it sounds like there's no doubt he was acting in self-defense. Yep, perfect example why the ban on large capacity magazines in California is just pandering to gangs or robbers.

BTW... I did get to see one of the perps being wheeled into an ambulance... Yes, it did not surprise me.
