How do you square science and religion? I believe in both in parts, but sometimes they conflict.
I don't put very much faith in science. I think what we don't know completely outweighs what we think we do know, to the point of negation. Science is comparable to a two year old playing around in his daddy's shop.
The thing with the most distance, really the thing we have to compare with, is only written history... What has come before. I will always give that more weight than science.
Science comes and goes... First, they tell us to use margarine, because butter is bad for you... Nearly fifty years later, margarine is cancer causing, and you should use butter.
How do you continue to lend that credence?
