President Trump released a statement on Wednesday morning, labeling the Epstrin files the Democrats’ “new SCAM” and condemning his own supporters for talking about the Epstein case.

“My PAST supporters have bought into this “bullshit,” hook, line, and sinker,” Trump said. “Let these weaklings continue forward and do the Democrats work, don’t even think about talking of our incredible and unprecedented success, because I don’t want their support anymore!”

“I have had more success in 6 months than perhaps any President in our Country’s history, and all these people want to talk about, with strong prodding by the Fake News and the success starved Dems, is the Jeffrey Epstein Hoax,” Trump added.

He also doubled down on his comparison of the Epstein files to the Steele Dossier, the Hunter Biden laptop, and Russiahoax, saying “these Scams and Hoaxes are all the Democrats are good at – It’s all they have – They are no good at governing, no good at policy, and no good at picking winning candidates.”

This issue has absolutely nothing to do with any successes and everything to do with Trump stating he was going to release the files.  He has backpedalled and so has Bondi.

They are obviously hiding something....IF it has to do with National  Security or protecting an ally then why in the heck did he open his mouth in the first place?  Speaking and then backpedaling is not out of the norm from him.  He's squirming now and that's not a good sign. I've not seen him squirm like this ever and his anger is obvious.   He's pushing back on both  his  supporters and the DEMS.

Since you’ve watched him closely for the past 10 yrs, you recognize this pattern of behavior.  Yes if not Trump himself, then one or several people within his orbit is involved.  The best thing for him to do is volunteer the info instead of allowing Democrats to drag the country through public hearings 2 years from now.

There's no way I am going to vote DEM in the mid terms because of this, so, once again, we'll be voting for the lesser of two evils.
