DNC Chair Ken Martin has reportedly expressed deep frustration with Olivia Julianna, the party’s young male outreach coordinator, over her lackluster job performance. Despite the DNC allocating $20 million to attract young male voters, Julianna has failed to organize fundraisers with college fraternities, and new polling shows President Trump’s approval rating among men has surged to 64%.
