Been thundering for hours now (our tornado ally on Sand Mountain has had heavy rain already)... some small hail here now... and the 13 hour danger zone ain't even started yet... Due to start around 4 - 5 hours from now... I am gonna be worn out by the time it arrives. Probable a flood threat, and already this year my neighbor has been flooded bad.
Ahh the adventures of Spring in the South (and it ain't even Spring). We have a local beloved meteorologist here in Alabama named James Span ... James ain't one of those weather babes, he is a old beloved bald guy that knows his stuff. Span has been on live streams most the night and he is no Spring Chicken... James is our tornado guy... I imagine he will get some sleep for a few hours in the lull and be live again later today.
You can usually watch live at the link below... Perhaps you will catch our beloved J.S. I would put him above par with any Youtuber weather man that streams today. Cause he knows this area like the back of his hand and has visited just about every city in state (he teaches elementary kids and visits all state schools).

The ABC 33/40 weatherman is above having to push some Climate hoax, James is so beloved he doesn't worry about being cancelled. He is an icon, and they know it, he is the reason folks tune in... His social media is jam packed with all the state weather photos cause people love to have their pictures shared by him. He prays for you, and he tells it like he sees it. Being on air while his own home was hit, with his wife inside. His heart breaks with us (wife was fine, just a few trees down in his yard).
