AG Bondi: FBI CONCEALED thousands of documents linked to Epstein investigation

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi accused the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) of concealing thousands of documents related to the Jeffrey Epstein investigation.

Bondi received only 200 pages of documents initially, primarily consisting of flight logs and contact lists, which the FBI claimed were the only available materials.

Upon discovering that the FBI New York Field Office possessed thousands of additional documents, Bondi demanded their immediate release, giving the FBI a deadline of Feb. 28.

Bondi ordered FBI Director Kash Patel to conduct an investigation into why her previous orders were not followed and requested a comprehensive report of findings and proposed personnel action within 14 days.

The release of the withheld documents is expected to shed light on Epstein's network and activities, promising greater transparency and accountability in the investigation.

Attorney General Pam Bondi has provided a major update on the Jeffrey Epstein documents, revealing that the Southern District of New York (SDNY) has been withholding thousands of pages of crucial files. In an interview with Mark Levin, Bondi discussed her findings and stated her commitment to full transparency for the American people.

During her appearance on The Mark Levin Show, Bondi explained that while her office had already released 120 pages of documents, she discovered that SDNY is still sitting on thousands more. “I started asking for these documents right when I came into office,” Bondi told Levin.

“We carefully redacted them, of course, to be sure that 254 young girls, women, who are victims of sex crimes and sex trafficking, their personal information was redacted and out of there to protect them.” Bondi continued, “So I’m going through it and I kept saying, there has to be more, there has to be more. I’m assured that’s it.”

“I found out this week that a source told me, New York, SDNY, they’re sitting on thousands of pages of documents regarding Epstein… thousands! And of course, you’ve seen the very strong letter. We will get everything.”

Levin questioned whether SDNY was intentionally keeping the files secret due to the high-profile names potentially implicated. “I assume the Southern District of New York is or has been holding on to this information for a reason. That is, they don’t like the names on the list,” Levin asked.

Attorney General Pam Bondi was duped into thinking she had all the files related to investigations into disgraced financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, she told Fox News host Mark Levin over the weekend while defending Thursday’s widely mocked document dump.

“I kept saying, there has to be more. There has to be more,” Bondi said Saturday. “I was assured that’s it.”

Epstein, who hobnobbed with celebrities, royalty and other powerful people, died by suicide in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.

Bondi said she found out from a “whistleblower” after releasing 100 pages of flight logs and Epstein’s contact lists that the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York is “sitting on thousands of pages of documents” that had not been handed over to her. She is now seeking additional information through the FBI.

Bondi vowed that Americans will eventually see “the full Epstein files.”

“We will get everything,” she told Levin. “We will have it in our possession. We will redact it, of course, to protect grand jury information and confidential witnesses, but American people have a right to know.”

Before last week’s highly anticipated document release, Bondi had promoted the revelations in several interviews without details but while describing Epstein’s actions as “pretty sick.”

The Trump administration faced immediate backlash over the “nothingburger” Epstein release after the White House hosted a group of MAGA-aligned influencers and distributed “phase one” of the documents in white binders.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.), who chairs a bipartisan House panel reviewing classified documents in high-profile cases for release including the Epstein files, voiced her frustration on social media over Bondi’s Thursday document dump.

“THIS IS NOT WHAT WE OR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ASKED FOR and a complete disappointment,” Luna posted on the social platform X. “GET US THE INFORMATION WE ASKED FOR!”

Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D-Fla.) said the confusion created a bad day for the White House.

“It was not a good day for the administration. If you look at the traffic online over the Epstein release, I have never seen the left and the right come together in a moment on the debacle of what the Epstein files contained,” Moskowitz said Thursday on CNN’s “News Night.”

Crazy thought. Let's imagine that Jeffrey Epstein was being made to act as an intelligence asset for the FBI and CIA in order to help "turn" certain foreign actors who were among his Island guests, in exchange for them letting Epstein continue his sordid "business".

But when he was caught, convicted and imprisoned, the true story - and all of its implications - would have to be made to disappear. Somehow. 

So: how would the FBI's stubborn refusal to release documents related to him look any different than it does now?

Yes -- I think Bondi needs to go.  She's fumbled and hasn't really done anything other than point the finger at Patel and I don't know if Patel has been able to do anything.  We've been told before that the FBI didn't release documents.  We're still waiting for Bondi to do something.  She's all talk and no action.  The longer she waits, the bigger the advantage the leftists have in covering up and side stepping the situation.  The precedent that she is setting is that she as the new AG is incompetent and ineffective.

Trump is missing his chance.  Cruz would make an awesome AG.

MOSAD is what I'd expect. CIA next in line. And MOSAD couldn't have done it, if they did, without the CIA being aware/allowing it. To them it was just a tool...

I don't know that they'd do that on their own, but if it involved certain Saudi and Qatari businessmen who might be subject to influence.... perhaps. But they also don't do "wet work" in the US, so our intelligence agencies had to be involved (assuming one accepts the whole crazy premise). Which I'm not sure about, either. But the coincidences do seem to pile up when you look at the players that we already know are involved.

Sorry, but no.  Cruz is the best of the best, was the longest serving Solicitor General in TX has argued before the Supreme Court and I would think by now he would know who's a swamp creature and smart enough to figure out how to drain the swamp. I think he would have a few heads on the platter by now.

You've got a good point.  I bet she has an outside contact with prob. very specific instructions to get documents to the right people if somethng happens to her.   It's about the only insurance polic she has

James Dennehy, a well-regarded leader in the New York law enforcement community who also served in the U.S. Marine Corps, told the office he was forced to submit his resignation as assistant director-in-charge of the FBI's New York field office, one of the bureau's most visible posts.

"Late Friday, I was informed that I needed to put my retirement papers in today, which I just did. I was not given a reason for this decision," Dennehy said in an email to staff, a copy of which was obtained by ABC News.

"Regardless, I apologize to all of you for not being able to fulfill my commitment to you to serve as ADIC NY for at least two years. But as I leave today, I have an immense feeling of pride - to have represented an office of professionals who will always do the right thing for the right reasons; who will always seek the truth while upholding the rule of law; who will always follow the facts no matter where they lead and be unapologetic about it; who will never bend, break, falter, or quit on your integrity; who will always handle cases and evidence with an overabundance of caution and care for the innocent, the victims, and the process first; and who will always remain independent."

Dennehy clashed with acting Deputy Attorney General Emil Bove over the identification of agents who investigated the January 6 attack at the U.S. Capitol, writing in a staff email, "Today, we find ourselves in the middle of a battle of our own, as good people are being walked out of the FBI and others are being targeted because they did their jobs in accordance with the law and FBI policy."

Couldn't this just be old fashioned bribes taking place by those on the list?

Our country would be well served if everyone above 1st line supervisor were terminated at the FBI.  The whole agency is corrupt and dishonest.

A month ago, SDNY FBI chief James Dennehy sent an email to his colleagues/underlings urging resistance to a request by a Trump DOJ official for the names of all FBI employees involved in J6 cases.
A 22-year veteran of the FBI, Dennehy bounced between SDNY and FBI HQ. So you know his hands are dirty.
In the Feb email, Dennehy compared rank and file revolt against Trump DOJ directives to being in a foxhole. (He’s a former Marine.). “It sucked. But it worked.”
He further warned it was time for him to “dig in” to defend the bureau from the new boss.
“Today, we find ourselves in the middle of a battle of our own, as good people are being walked out of the F.B.I. and others are being targeted because they did their jobs in accordance with the law and F.B.I. policy.”
He officially was asked to resign last Friday and did so.

Some speculate his forced resignation has something to do with the Epstein files. Perhaps it does. But I suspect his insubordination and open call for defiance has more to do with his removal than anything else. He’s probably been into some shady sh*t over the years—possibly related to investigations into Pres Trump—which put him at the top of the chopping block.
Fusion Ken yesterday published Dennehy’s parting shot. This is the tone of every bad cop you’ve ever known—arrogant,  power-hungry, and sanctimonious with zero sense of accountability. (Also—THE FBI IS NOT AN INDEPENDENT AGENCY, JIMMY)

8.  The intensity. You have to be in it to realize what I mean. But we all know how significant what we do is.
 
7.  The FBI brand. Do not fret. Those three letters still mean something - and there is only a select group of folks in this world, past and present, who can say they're with the FBI. Be proud of that.
 
6.  The camaraderie - within our own Bureau family, and with all law enforcement - local, state, federal, and international. There is no better fraternity in the world.
 
5.  The opportunity to put on a suit and tie to conduct interviews in the morning, throw on some street clothes to conduct surveillance in the afternoon, debrief a sensitive source in a safehouse overnight, and then get up early for a SWAT arrest the next morning. Then rinse and repeat.
 
4.  The badge. What it took to earn it and what it means to carry it.
 
3.  The independence. We will not bend. We will not falter. We will not sacrifice what is right for anything or anyone.
 
2.  The impact. Our work helps shape foreign policy, community awareness, international relations, wartime decisions, and public safety. Every. Single. Day.
 
1.  All of you - every single one of you who has earned your position within this phenomenal organization.

Screw that. I will never stop defending this joint. I'll just do it willingly and proudly from outside the wire.

Yesterday the head of the SDNY FBI field office was asked to resign and later that same day a truck load of Epstein files magically appeared at the AG's office. I'm sure that is just a coincidence.

Bondi Reveals FBI Delivered 'Truckload' of Jeffrey Epstein Files, Meanwhile Top Bureau Official Resigns

Two FBI stories broke Monday, and they very well may be connected. First, the New York Field Office’s top agent, James Dennehy, resigned, claiming that he had been told he’d be fired if he didn’t. Second, Attorney General Pam Bondi announced that the Bureau had dropped off a “truckload” of Jeffrey Epstein files after she’d set a hard deadline for their turnover.

Coincidence?

As we reported, Bondi had promised to deliver the potential bombshell files, which she did to select independent conservative media influencers Thursday, but things didn’t necessarily go as planned. The files were heavily redacted and contained mostly information that had been made public previously.

On that same Thursday, Bondi was notified by a whistleblower that the FBI had not in fact turned over all the documents as they had promised, so she ordered Director Kash Patel to deliver them post-haste.

On Monday evening, she announced on Sean Hannity’s Fox News show that now she finally has them:

    U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi revealed that the Department of Justice has received more Jeffery Epstein files from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) after the document release she touted last week fell flat.

    Speaking to Fox News host Sean Hannity on Tuesday [sic] night, Bondi confirmed that a "truckload" of Epstein files were delivered by the FBI after she gave the agency until 8 a.m. on Friday morning to deliver.

    Bondi said that officials will go through the files "as fast as we can," while also being careful to protect Epstein's victims.
