I  don't believe that Elon is still married.  I really don't care how many children he has fathered; as long as he helps to take care of them.  His doing a phenomenal job...so he has quite a brood...

The little boy that we have seen with him at Trump gatherings and at the oval office is just as cute as can be.  He's busy, but what's there to do for a child who's Dad is the richest man in the world?    happy77

Conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair claims she gave birth to Elon Musk's 13th child

Conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair claims that she gave birth to a child fathered by Elon Musk – said to be the billionaire's 13th – in secret five months ago.

St. Clair, a conservative children's book author who previously worked for the satirical news site The Babylon Bee, made the allegation in a statement posted on Friday to X, owned by Musk, where she's amassed more than 1.1 million followers.

"Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father," St. Clair wrote Friday. "I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause. I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment. For that reason, I ask that the media honor our child’s privacy, and refrain from invasive reporting."

Musk, the tech mogul leading President Donald Trump's Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), has not directly responded to the claim he fathered a 13th child with St. Clair.

One user, sharing a screenshot of a 2020 exchange on X in which St. Clair discussed how Musk fathered multiple children and "goes through women pretty fast," wrote: "Ashley St Clair plotted for HALF A DECADE to ensnare Elon Musk."

In response, Musk wrote: "Whoa."

St. Clair quickly responded to Musk, writing: "Elon, we have been trying to communicate for the past several days and you have not responded." She continued, asking when Musk would respond to her, "instead of publicly responding to smears" from someone else.

St. Clair's spokesperson, Brian Glicklich, also released a statement on her behalf on Saturday.

"Ashley & Elon have been privately working towards the creation of an agreement about raising their child for some time," Glicklich, the president and CEO of Digital Strategy Ltd, a crisis communications firm in Las Vegas, wrote on X. "It is disappointing that a tabloid reporter, who repeatedly ambushed Ashley and her family, made it impossible to complete that process confidentially. We are waiting for Elon to publicly acknowledge his parental role with Ashley, to end unwarranted speculation, and Ashley trusts that Elon intends to finish their agreement quickly, in the best interests of the wellbeing and security of the child they share." .................

I really think this is inconsequential unless St. Clair continues to make a big deal about it and throws a tantrum.  The DEMS can't offer her as much $$ as Elon can .... just sayin'.

Conservative Steve Deace, from BlazeTV, created a poll on X:

If you’re a Righty, how much do you care about the personal lives/morals of influencers/pundits/commentators on the Right?
* Don't care at all
* Care quite a bit
* Care only if it's illegal

Some people responding to the poll are apoplectic* about this alleged out-of-wedlock child (keep in mind we have no proof that St. Clair had a child and, if so, that Musk is the father). Apparently, if you're not 100% morally pure in every way, you can't be called a conservative. Perhaps the apostle Paul was mistaken when he wrote that all have sinned.

I hate to point out to anyone that Musk never ever has been termed "an influencer on the right" or even remotely a conservative. I also hate to point out that Reagan was twice married, Trump thrice, and neither was a paragon of sexual virtue in his salad days. This certainly doesn't mean I approve of making babies out of wedlock or sexual immorality in general, but please, people. Get a grip.

It’s not that I personally care what they do. It’s that I care that they are a representative of what conservatism is. Right or wrong, their actions will be used against conservatism. Their hypocrisy hinders us and undermines our moral foundation as a movement.

Moral foundation??  Well, that's quite a loaded term these days.  Morality has truly been thrown out the window with the transgender, LGBTQ and who knows what other 'queer' groups there are.

Musk has had children out of wedlock; not quite so uncommon, but nonetheless, immoral by conservative and religious standards.

So ... perhaps we are to a very sad point in society to ask ourselves which do we find the least offensive; transgenderism, mutilation of the unborn, LGBTQ or children out of wedlock?

Something to think about anyways.

Certainly 50 years ago, having a child out of wedlock was taboo, now it is pretty commonplace and transgenderism (at least as far as I know) was unheard of.

Have we become desensitized as a society??  Imagine if transgenderism became commonplace.

Elon's having fathered 13 out-of-wedlock children is nothing to be praised. Nor is the apparent lack of morals of the various women who were impregnated. It's all a rather disgusting situation, but I don't see it as a measure of whether or not one is a true conservative, like that X poster seemed to think. I guess only he can define morality or conservatism, and if you don't fit his precise definition, then off with your head!

I can't speak for anyone else, but I've had quite enough of this kind of crap (making unfounded allegations that the media ramps up to the max)! I've lost a lot of friends over it and probably will lose more if it doesn't stop.

What, is 13 considered unlucky?

Hardly surprising, that whether or not love was/is a factor, wealth is an aphrodisiac, and some irrevocable tie to a person of Elon's abilities would be sorely tempting to a prospective mother. It takes two to tangle. And I am not accusing anyone of ulterior motives in not preventing pregnancy.

Babies happen, if you let them. Better that than shredding them. I don't see any of Elon's children being likely to live in abject poverty.

The same people who howl hardest about this will readily approve of the cloistered multiple wives of others, in virtual (well, actual) slavery. Funny how the darts fly only one way. At least his girlfriends didn't end up in Rock Creek Park or the back of an Oldsmobile.

Responsibility is the linchpin of conservatism, and he does not appear to be shirking that.

Does Elon Musk ever wear a condom??

People made a big deal about "Octomom" and the partying NBA guys with multiple-kids-by-multiple-moms, yet Musk has 13 kids with many women, and gets no criticism ...

Hunter Biden had an illegitimate child which the entire family denied the child's existence of and then slept with his dead brother's wife but all that was swept under the rug. Elon is taking care of his children as far as I know. See the difference?

Just an observation; but Elon seems quite fond of his son X -- perhaps Elon loves kids.

I would not call any child a 'mistake', God has a purpose for all. Responsibility is the linchpin of conservatism, and rather than conceal and deny, he is taking responsibility for his children. I seriously doubt any of them will go wanting.

There was some mention on X that she may have set her sights on Elon for several years (yeah, I know, he didn't have to respond). Just imagine the child support a billionaire would have to fork over!

So if a rich NBA player took care financially of all his illegitimate children, that would make it OK?

Money can replace the presence of a father when a child is growing up?

?? So where is your evidence that Musk isn't a father to his kids?

Obviously he adores X.  Maybe some of his other kids live with him.

Do you know his parenting arrangements ??

I never said money could replace a father, so I don't know what warm dark orifice you pulled that out of.

Ideally, we'd all marry just once, have children (what, 2.3 on average?) and raise them to be intelligent and God-fearing adults able to give back to their communities from the bounteous rewards we and they get for doing our jobs well.

Life is considerably messier than that, even for conservatives. We don't always marry well, sometimes intolerably poorly. People get led astray by everything from daytime TV to predatory cults and the ever present push to deviate from what once was a cultural norm. Substance or alcohol abuse can exacerbate other problems which might have lain dormant or never appeared at all.

Which leads to 'broken homes', although it is often one or both of the parents who is 'broken'.
Kids, if present, get swept up in that, and depending on the people involved, are either shared between caring and loving parents living in different domiciles, or are treated like shit by a custodial parent who is using them as a bargaining chip.

In reality, 39.8% of births in the US as late as 2022 were out of wedlock.

Of the circumstances of these children, Elon's are a few sigmas from the mean.
Does that make the situation "right"?
No, not by most 'moral' metrics.
Ideally, those kids would grow up in a household with two parents of opposite sexes who will be in love for the rest of their lives. No abuse, no mistreatment, no hardship.

That's a worthy societal goal, but far from being attained, and by virtue (or lack thereof) of the media, pop culture, music, etc., not to mention the intense brainwashing that all males are evil, especially the white ones (a majority of males out there), that is perfused through virtually everything from sitcoms to daytime shows and the news, it is unlikely until not only is the bar raised, but those who do make the effort to be virtuous get some damned credit for all they do instead of being lumped in as evil misogynists hell bent on keeping a woman barefoot, pregnant, and in the kitchen as a household brood mare/domestic/punching bag (emotionally or physically or both).
The divisive campaign in our culture goes right to the heart of that fundamental family unit.

If you don't think that indoctrination is present, you haven't been paying attention.

As for Elon, Elon is Elon. He isn't there to be a model for marital bliss, he's there to do the books and find waste and corruption. Considering I was twice divorced before I married well (I did learn from my mistakes), I'm not passing judgement on anyone.
I became more conservative as I aged.

Well it seems she wanted Elon to acknowledge the baby... Quote: "We are waiting for Elon to publicly acknowledge his parental role with Ashley, to end unwarranted speculation" and "She also said before she publicly named him as the father of her son, she reached out to him but her message went “ignored.”"

So seems to me she is forcing the issue (who knows, she may of leaked the information herself to force the issue faster).... Why... I can only speculate, but I am sure money is one reason.

That said, as pointed out it takes two to tango... and she made sure to point out she got off birth control earlier on Twitter... because it affected her mental health ??? and Elon commented on it... so either he knew or it was more complicated than that.

What do I think... to me I don't approve ... for moral reasons... we have a wide gambit of opinions on the subject just looking at TBR responses.... it does reflect back IMHO on conservatives and what was once a honored pillar of children out of wedlock... does my opinion matter much? ... No...  and what is done is done, now to see if Elon can swing another piece of the puzzle in his Solomon court in the Trump world.

Starting with, will he put guards on her front porch from now until the kid is 18 ? Will she push to live the life of a queen in child support... who know, it is a life of a billionaire, a world I don't understand.

When the man already has 12 children with 3 different mothers, can this really be considered a 'scandal'??  It isn't like nobody knew his habits before this point.

The Clinton-apologists have no leg to stand on, and as a conservative I am more than capable of not throwing the baby out with the bathwater, so to speak.  I can disagree with his continued procreation with women to whom he is not married and still appreciate his zeal in helping root out the fraud, abuse, and waste in the government.
