Which is pretty much where it is. The OK earthquakes aren't caused by fraccing, they are a combination of tectonic stress, existing faults, and wastewater (produced water) injection.
North Dakota has well over 10,000 fracced horizontal wells, often multistage fracs, and about the lowest seismicity of any place in the country. Our record earthquake was in 1968 (before horizontal drilling) and a whopping 4.4. That might rattle a few dishes (like a heavy truck going by), but most Californians likely wouldn't notice it.
