I didn't think that "Dear Comrades" was that bad.
Last weekend I watched "The Wave", a disaster film from 2015, made in Norway. It deals with a small town in the fjords, and a crack in one of the surrounding mountains that collapses in a landslide, resulting in a tidal wave. With subtitles, but still enjoyable. I understand that there is an "overdubbed" version, but the dubbing is very poorly done.
There's also a 2018 sequel named, "The Quake". I've got it, will take a look in a couple of weeks.
