This isn't the first time Cruz has gone up against Mitch and definitely not the first time Mitch has sided with the DEMS in order to keep a conservative out and to keep RINO's in.  Mitch wasn't exactly pleased when Cruz was seated in the Senate.

Garland wasn't the only star on his record.  Without McConnell, the Supreme Court would be at least 5-4 liberal.

I'm not saying McConnell was the best thing since Reagan - far from it - but he deserves credit for what he did do, as well as criticism for what he failed to do.
