Sean "Diddy" Combs was arrested Monday in Manhattan, Fox News Digital confirmed. It's unclear what charges Diddy faces.

Combs was arrested in the lobby of a New York hotel, a source confirmed to Fox News Digital.

"We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office," Marc Agnifilo, Combs' lawyer said in a statement provided to Fox News Digital.

"Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man, and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children, and working to uplift the Black community. He is an imperfect person but he Is not a criminal. To his credit Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges. Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts. These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide, and he looks forward to clearing his name in court."

United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York Damian Williams confirmed on X that a sealed indictment was filed and will be unsealed in the morning.

There is no surprise that Mark Agnifilo is the lawyer for “Puff Daddy,” accused of sex trafficking.

Agnifilo was also the lawyer for Keith Rainere, NXIVM, the sex cult that also engaged in sex trafficking for Raniere’s benefit. Raniere was even branding women with his initials and those of his main female accomplice, Allison Mack.

Mark also worked for a lawyer defending Harvey Weinstein. He’s got quite the specialty practice going.

In court papers filed Tuesday, Thalia Graves accused Combs and his former bodyguard Joseph Sherman of “mercilessly raping” her inside the Bad Boy Records studio in Manhattan.

The two men lured Graves, who was 25 at the time and dating one of Combs’ employees, into the studio where they gave her a drink “likely laced with a drug” that caused her to briefly lose consciousness, the lawsuit alleges.



Graves woke up to find herself “bound and restrained” by Combs and Sherman, who ignored her cries for help while they “mercilessly” raped her, court papers say.

A lawyer for a new Sean “Diddy” Combs accuser claims that she’s been contacted about the “sale of one of the Diddy tapes,” specifically a pornographic video featuring the embattled hip-hop mogul, indicted last week on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges, and someone “more high-profile” than the rapper and Bad Boy founder.

“There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around … but one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video they were in possession of and to contact the person who was in the video to see if they were interested in purchasing the video before it became public knowledge,” Ariel Mitchell-Kidd said Friday on NewsNation’s Banfield. “I can tell the video was pornographic in nature. … This was in his Atlanta home, and it does seem the person isn’t looking into the video. More than 100 victims — including one who was 9 years old at the time — are expected to file lawsuits against Sean “Diddy” Combs for alleged sexual abuse and exploitation in cases that will expose “many powerful people,” lawyers announced Tuesday.

“I want to focus on the ages of these victims. When we talk about the ages of these victims when the conduct occurred, it’s shocking,” Texas-based lawyer Tony Buzbee said during a press conference Tuesday, Page Six reported.

The fresh wave of complaints by 120 accusers were roughly split evenly by gender, spanned over 30 years and included 25 minors, with one child who was allegedly just 9 when they were victimized, Buzbee said in Houston, Texas on Tuesday.

The explicit video supposedly shows Combs alongside a “more high-profile” person — who appears unaware they’re being filmed, lawyer Ariel Mitchell-Kidd told NewsNation’s Laura Ingle, without identifying the celeb.
