Sean "Diddy" Combs was arrested Monday in Manhattan, Fox News Digital confirmed. It's unclear what charges Diddy faces.

Combs was arrested in the lobby of a New York hotel, a source confirmed to Fox News Digital.

"We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office," Marc Agnifilo, Combs' lawyer said in a statement provided to Fox News Digital.

"Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man, and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children, and working to uplift the Black community. He is an imperfect person but he Is not a criminal. To his credit Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges. Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts. These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide, and he looks forward to clearing his name in court."

United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York Damian Williams confirmed on X that a sealed indictment was filed and will be unsealed in the morning.

Do we need to start reminding people "Sean Combs did not hang himself" yet?

Bail has been DENIED for Sean “Diddy” Combs while he awaits trial on sex trafficking charges. He will supposedly be housed in NYC’s Metropolitan Correctional Center, which is the SAME JAIL Jeffrey Epstein “died” in.

Barbaric conditions?  What about the 'conditions' that he inflicted upon women and likely young girls??

Somehow I just don't find sympathy.

Until he is convicted, I'll withhold comment, sort of.

Given the culture he promotes and the amount of money in his bank account, it's likely. I wouldn't want to be a juror...too much sleaze.

There is no surprise that Mark Agnifilo is the lawyer for “Puff Daddy,” accused of sex trafficking.

Agnifilo was also the lawyer for Keith Rainere, NXIVM, the sex cult that also engaged in sex trafficking for Raniere’s benefit. Raniere was even branding women with his initials and those of his main female accomplice, Allison Mack.

Mark also worked for a lawyer defending Harvey Weinstein. He’s got quite the specialty practice going.

Karen Friedman Agnifilo is Mark Agnifilo’s wife. So the two of them pay their mortgage(s) off of her husband representing people like Combs and Raniere and share profits from his partnering lawyer representing Weinstein.

So it’s not surprising that Karen is one of the main JournoLawfare™️ participants constantly trying to slime President Trump. She’s part of the Meidas Touch collection of cretins.

Thought people would want to know more about where Meidas Touch came from and what kind of folks we’re dealing with.

In footage obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com, Diddy, 54, stands, champagne glass in hand, like a dictator on his balcony as he calls in the quid pro quo for the hospitality so far extended.

'We fed you all, we gave you drinks, now it's time to enjoy life,' he says. 'This is a celebration of life. This is the real White Party.

'Kids have an hour left [then] this thing turns into something that when you get older, this is something y'all gonna want to come to… so let's just start to get our groove on, put the kids away. It's all good.

'All right DJ let's hit it. Let's do it.'

Hip hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs and his former bodyguard drugged, bound and violently raped a woman in 2001 — in a vicious attack he filmed and showed to friends, a bombshell new lawsuit claims.

In court papers filed Tuesday, Thalia Graves accused Combs and his former bodyguard Joseph Sherman of “mercilessly raping” her inside the Bad Boy Records studio in Manhattan.

The two men lured Graves, who was 25 at the time and dating one of Combs’ employees, into the studio where they gave her a drink “likely laced with a drug” that caused her to briefly lose consciousness, the lawsuit alleges.



Graves woke up to find herself “bound and restrained” by Combs and Sherman, who ignored her cries for help while they “mercilessly” raped her, court papers say.
