Milley is a subordinate agent of Red China. Anything Milley does has to be approved by his Chinese handlers first.
What they are proving is that Biden never was in charge of anything. Biden disappears and no one notices.

   Sure, I just took a hit off the ol pipe and am feeling really bored with the current race, it's predetermined at my level, but it brought me back to happier times and I can still remember (in spite of my habit with the ol pipe) how happy I was when this Tennessee Senator threw his hat in the ring.

I see that as a preemptive strike. He's getting out while he can still get his pension, because being fired doesn't work as well.
