Another absurdity. Dungarees have been around a long, long time. Made of sail cloth, might not have been blue, but yeah. Jeans are no new thing.
Blue jeans since the 1870s, but a pair of button fly jeans was found in a trunk in a shipwreck off North Carolina that dated to 1857.
Obviously, the millions of pairs of jeans worn by miners, ranch hands, farmers, and other blue collar folks are the problem, not the designer jeans with studs, back flap snaps, and bedazzler junk all over them that come from the factory with holes ground in them. (Never understood any of that stuff).
